  4.  @johnhumphrey9953  You have taken that ruling way out of context. The ruling says, "State law did not entitle the holder of a restraining order to any specific mandatory action by the police. Instead, restraining orders only provide grounds for arresting the subject of the order. The specific action to be taken is up to the discretion of the police. The Court stated that "This is not the sort of 'entitlement' out of which a property interest is created." The Court concluded that since "Colorado has not created such an entitlement," Gonzalez had no entitlement or property interest. It is tragic that her 3 children were murdered, but how would you suggest that the police enforce a restraining order? It's obvious that the man was deranged and had mental health issues. That problem has never been properly addressed in this country.

As for the deficit reduction, Biden received 4 Pinocchio's for that statement. The reduction in the deficit was because Covid programs ended. Biden didn't cut spending he actually increased government spending.

  25. ​@@bubblejim9330LOL! No he didn't! The Biden administration has purchased 6 .3 million barrels at $74 a barrel. It canceled the next scheduled purchases. In March 2023 WTI price for oil was in the government range of 67 - 72 dollars per barrel, but no purchase was made.

  26.  @to6030  I would like to see Biden impeached, Harris too. However, there is nothing in the Constitution that lays out impeachment for both at the same time. The 25th Ammendment only states that if the president is impeached and removed from office (which takes a majority of 2/3 of the Senate) the VP becomes President and appoints a new VP. I'm not sure if Congress could or would conduct two impeachment trials at the same time. Also Trump could only serve 4 more years per the 22nd Ammendment.

  27.  @to6030  Read the 25th Ammendment. Trump could be Speaker of the House. However, if Biden were to be impeached and removed (unlikely)from office Harris would become President. As President she would appoint a new VP.

  31.  @steveb796  Those "record high real wages" are not keeping up with 40 year high inflation. The drug pricing plan is a joke! It covers 10 drugs in the first year. The 2nd and 3rd year it covers 10 drugs. The final year it covers a total of 20 drugs. Out of the millions of drugs on the market, 20 drugs is a drop in the bucket! Biden said insulin was going to cost 30 - 35 dollars. That was a lie. One of my husband's insulin we can't afford because it's 160 dollars a month.
