So you ignored that and went on a tangent about "reverse racism" (no statistical evidence it actually exists in the job market) and "political correctness" (AKA not being able to publicly say bigoted stuff).   4.  @jerrywilkerson7946  You know what, I do think conservatives believe in science.... when it fits with their core beliefs (so not anything to do with covid, climate change, or statistics linking countries with more guns to more homicides) Conservatives love science. But they hate the scientists (AKA anyone who is an "expert"). They will take a vaccine....unless it was created by "experts". LOL They belive the government should spend money to build weapons, but not to fix climate change. They believe in some parts of economics (the free market produces innovation) but not others. For example, economics says don't give tax cuts when the debt is high and the economy is already booming. That's actually when you should be raising taxes to pay off the debt. Here's the common theme: Conservatives want to hear “both sides” of arguments, even for settled science that’s not really up for debate. This makes conservatives are much more prone to misinformation than the general public.

He was being directed by Trump...Individual #1. Donald Trump committed a federal crime before he became president. But at the same time he says he has a plan to protect people with preexisting conditions. But we still have to wait two more weeks to see the plan. Just like we've already been waiting 3 years to see his plan since Republicans tried to repeal Obamacare back in 2017. I don't see how you can put up with this and tell me that I am blind.

  15.  @Vic2point0  Actually the deficit started blowing up almost immediately after the 2017 Trump tax cuts. Back when Republicans said they would pay for themselves. The deficit was projected to hit over $1 trillion this year....before Covid hit. This after Republicans spent Obama's entire presidency complaining about the deficit. Economists almost universally agree that had there been more stimulus (like what we got for Covid), the economy would have improved much faster. But Republicans weren't interested in helping Obama improve the economy. The deficit was too important....until Trump got in office. One more example of extreme hypocrisy. Just like with Supreme Court appointments during an election year.

How much more do you really want taxes cut? Should they cut them for rich people too. Last I checked Trump's party was against more tax cuts because the deficit is blowing up again after the last tax cut. I thought conservatives cared about the deficit.

  17.  @Factoryseconds123  The polls were wrong in like 3 states. That should be well corrected for now. And anyway, Biden is so far ahead that any polling error really doesn't make a difference. You know as well as I do that Biden is going to win in a landslide if he keeps this up. What's ridiculous though is the fact that Biden actually has to win in a landslide just to win the electoral college.

But that was before James Comey came out with his announcements about reinvestigating her emails two weeks before the election. He caused nearly all the undecideds to go for Trump or vote 3rd party. Don't believe me? Look at the graph under the map, you can see that James Comey's impeccable timing of his "announcement" clearly cost her the election. She never had time to recover. James Comey is the sole reason Trump is even in the White House. And you guys hate him even more than Democrats do.

  21.  @Factoryseconds123  Okay. I'm glad I'm debating with someone who can back up their facts. As you know, that's rare on the internet. Also, you're correct. Literally EVERYONE thought Hillary was going to win. There were definitely some polling errors. There were also Trump voters who didn't want to admit they were voting for Trump (I wonder why). There were also people who decided at the VERY last minute who they were voting for...and they all went for Trump. At the same time, as you pointed out, 538 was actually more accurate than most other predictors....which is why they get so much clout. So I think we can still assume that Trump would not be where he is today if not for James Comey. Does it matter why he won, maybe not. But I care. Because he wasn't supposed to win. I do believe he defiles the office. I do believe he is biased against non-white people, and that a lot of his supporters either don't care or they actually like him more because of that. And you guys never fail to remind us of "how wrong we were in the election."

  25.  @simon6071  What vaccine mandate? The federal government doesn't have the authority to impose a vaccine mandate on you. You can stop hyperventilating. If you are forced to get a vaccine, it will either be by your job or by some place you want to enter that requires proof of vaccination. Maybe even your school. Any private organization or company has the legal authority to do that. But you don't have to worry about it coming from liberals in the government.

  31.  @johntomasik1555  Of course it was rushed. What choice did they have? If it weren't for the vaccines, we would still be locked down. That's just reality. Unvaccinated people are inadvertently relying on the vaccinated to make their lives better. Besides, it wasn't that rushed. They've been studying coronaviruses for years and they had already developed a vaccines for SARS and MERS, which are very similar to Covid. Everyone saying they "skipped steps" is misinformed. In fact, they had a head-start because of the other vaccines.

Why is it that in the United States we have so many people who don't trust the vaccines, versus everyone else on the planet who seems desperate to get it. Given we were fortunate enough to have early and plentiful access, why is it that everyone else in the world seems to want our own vaccines more than us? I'm pretty sure anyone who thought they were "unhealthy" already got the shot. So that means everyone sitting in a hospital bed hooked up to oxygen was just like you. Playing Russian roulette. And here come the lockdowns again. Because too many unvaccinated people who thought they were fine got a rude awakening. They are always so "shocked" that they were one of the unlucky ones. And as far as us having an expensive, ineffective healthcare system, that's not the government's fault. We chose a for-profit healthcare system. Countries with cheap and effective healthcare went the government route. You can't complain about how bad and expensive our for-profit healthcare system when this is the system you chose as a Libertarian.

Because if they thought they were likely to get really sick, they would have gotten the shot. You can talk all you want about us "not having data" but what I said is pretty logical. It's not only about whether you die. It's about preventing you and anyone you possibly spread it to from ending up in the hospital. I still don't understand what you're talking about as far as mass murder. Can you eleborate? If I can recall, Democrats did not send us to Iraq or Afghanistan. And Obama actually pulled us out of Iraq, (although we ended up going back because ISIS started attacking us). And Biden just pulled us out of Afghanistan. I do want to point out something. I actually did check that data. Truthfully speaking the rate of growth in healthcare costs actually fell after Obamacare went into effect. Yes, some people who made too much to qualify for subsidies (perhaps 10% of the people on an Obamacare plan) paid ridiculous amounts in premiums, but that was always fixable. An easy tweak to the law, but conservatives found it politically beneficial to let those people suffer to help their repeal movement. But Biden just fixed it with his Covid relief bill (everyone now qualifies for subsidies). But anyway, what you said about Obamacare causing overall healthcare costs to rise faster is actually the opposite of the truth. Just wanted to point that out since that's a common false talking point from conservatives and libertarians who want Obamacare to fail. But don't believe me, check the data. And no, not ONLY black lives matter. But if I tell you my home is burning down and you respond "Well everyone's home matters," then you are missing the point.

To be honest, Russia developed the first vaccine last year. Also, Israel already has 80% of their population vaccinated. But we in the US have all these benefits from being a rich country, we develop SEVERAL high-quality vaccines and 20 percent of us say they will NEVER get it. Meanwhile India barely has any vaccine and is now struggling more than we ever did.

About a dozen people in his campaign met with Russian government officials during the campaign and then lied about it. Imagine if Obama had done it. And as far as Hunter Biden's laptop, the right has NEVER been able to demonstrate how that shows that anyone committed an actual crime, not to mention Joe Biden. The Ukrainian government itself said Hunter did nothing wrong. BUT YOU DIDN'T CARE. You fanned the flames of suspicion and hoped it made enough people not want to vote for Biden.
