We Democrats are upholding the law. Republicans are showing us who they are by standing behind a multiple offender for president.
1
But he's not innocent. We all saw him try to steal the election in broad daylight. We have to go through the process. But we already know the end result. Because we saw it with our own eyes.
1
But the claims by Republicans almost never turn out to be true. That's why you never see Democrats going to jail. Even under Trump, it was only Republicans going to jail. Even though Trump appointed all the leadership.
1
Except there is no recession. A recession causes job loss and a shrinking economy. In reality, unemployment is at the lowest level in 50 years and GDP continues to grow. So sad GOP wants a recession just to hurt Biden.
1
@leegilley221 Why is it that other counties place more value on what's good for the many, but in the US more values is placed one "what's good for me"?
1
Republicans keep trying to base his effectiveness on his speaking ability. They want and neeeed a strongman so had. But it's not gonna happen.
1
You sound like one of those conspiracy theorists shouting through the bars at the asylum.
1
@benjiminhankey5374 No most conspiracy theories don't come true. If they did, I would be able to tell the future just by listening to my Facebook-obsessed uncle. Most conspiracy theorists are idiots with too much free time who embarrass themselves whenever they open their mouths.
1
@benjiminhankey5374 I listen and nod my head to make them happy. Then I google what he said and the first search results are always fact-checks with long explanations debunking what he said. I'm better the conspiracy theorists ignore those fact checks though. Better to listen than ignore!
1
@benjiminhankey5374 Aren't you the one who just said it's better to listen than ignore? This is why people think conspiracy theorists are idiots who cant be argued with. They tell you not to trust educated people and are always contradicting themselves.
1
@benjiminhankey5374 My judgement tells me to listen to people who are well educated on a particular subject and have the credentials to back it up. Google as a technology is just a search engine that sends me to educated sources. And the people who work at Google tend to be much better educated than the general population.
1
@benjiminhankey5374 And my gut tells me to trust people who are supposed to know what they're talking about. Who does your gut tell you to trust?
1
@benjiminhankey5374 I didn't ask who you don't trust. I asked who your gut does tell you to trust and why? Sounds like you will trust anyone and everyone as long as they hate Democrats.
1
@benjiminhankey5374 This explains why conservatives are so prone to disinformation. They literally seek out disinformation as long as it makes Democrats look bad. For example, during the month of March, the unemployment rate hit a near 50-year low of 3.6 percent after 431,000 jobs were added. However, 47 percent of Republicans thought jobs had been lost over the past year. Idiots. Disconnected from facts. Purposely seeking out misinformation because they don't trust Democrats or technology or smart people. Just plain idiots.
1
Actually Trump got raided at 9am. And it was because he defied a subpoena and lied to the FBI.
1
The railroad was moving too slow with the cleanup
1
@unbroken1010 The conservative motto: "If I don't like it, it must be fake."
1
Why would anyone like a video where you have to read the news. You can get this same information elsewhere much more easily.
1
@joecancer6013 I know exactly why I hate Trump. Because he spawned the anti-diversity, anti-democracy, violent, MAGA insurrectionist, gun obsessed, government hating, conspiracy-addled Republican Party we have today that tries to force their religious beliefs on the rest of us.
1
@j_fley6702 Trump can't be sued for what he did while carrying out the duties of the president either. But inciting an insurrection to stay in power falls outside of normal presidential duties.
1
He actually was a federal prosecutor before this. Republicans keep getting angry that some people are actually good at their jobs. No one forced Republicans to keep voting in a bunch of people who are bad at their jobs.
1
The only ones who think racism is "worse than ever" are the ones who were privileged enough to not have to think about it before it became mainstream AKA people with light skin who don't get stereotyped on sight.
1
Why are Republicans always bringing up crime in Chicago? Poor communities have crime....so the poor communities in Chicago have crime. Okay. So why are you battering Dick Durbin over it? It seems like the solution would be to get rid of the poverty on Chicago's south side.
1
@edwardroecker6015 You don't send in the national guard to stop gun crime. The key is to get rid of poverty in the area. Do you have any productive ideas other than complaining about a problem that doesn't affect you?
1
@AJ-is5ut Almost ALL major cities are majority Democrat. So your generalization that it's only "Democrat cities" with crime problems is ridiculous. There are no "Republican cities" to compare to. Cities have more crime because there are MORE PEOPLE. And poverty contributes to crime.
1
@AJ-is5ut What question did I not answer? I'm pretty sure I answered your question by saying your accusation makes no sense. If there is ever a city built that is only Republican, then it would make sense to compare how different parties run cities. But there are no Republican cities. But if you want to play that game, how come Republican areas have so much suicide? Seems like Republicans are causing more suicide 🤔 Either come up with a solution to crime we haven't tried or stop complaining.
1
@z2u Lol Giuliani. How's he doing btw
1
@z2u New York City's crime problem didn't shoot up again until last year. Stop cherrypicking statistics.
1
MS13 is a gang. Maga is a conspiratorial terrorist group fighting against equality.
1
@ericw9702 Huh? Most professors the US don't make nearly that much. More like thr $80k like in Europe. Maybe STEM professors at flagship schools make that $130k, but certainly not most. Professors are a business expense for colleges, so they are paid based on supply and demand just like most jobs. Majors like gender studies or racial justice are chosen by just 1% of people in college. So that's not going to fix student debt either.
1
@ericw9702 Not sure? Really? This is the problem. Republicans CONSTANTLY complaining about solutions that Democrats come up with to actually ATTEMPT to help people. Where are YOUR ideas? Jeez. If you don't have a better idea, stop complaining. Same deal with Obamacare. If you don't have a better plan, stop complaining. No one wants to hear it.
1
@ericw9702 I agree, it's not a long term solution. But it does bring attention to the problem. Democrats have long term solutions they would like to try out, as I'm sure you already know. What ideas do Repiblicans have? Do you have any?? Or are you just against everything?
1
@ericw9702 Democrats have had majorities and haven't fixed the issue because you need 60 votes to pass most laws through the Senate. The filibuster. I'm sure you knew that. In short, Democrats haven't done anything because Republicans have been standing in the way complaining. But Republicans don't have any ideas of their own.
1
@ericw9702 Like I said, Democrats have more ideas than a bailout. But those can't be done without an act of Congress. So what are Republicans going to do to help??
1
@ericw9702 Not to people with student loan debt. And hopefully a more permanent solution will be passed before it needs to be done again. Unless Republicans block all permanent solutions.
1
@ericw9702 No. Because most people aren't just 18 years old when they get into 10s of thousands of dollars of those other types of debt. Most other types of debt require income verification BEFORE you are allowed to use them. You criticize 18-year-olds as if they have this unlimited experience with money. After they have been told their entire lives that it is worth it to take out debt so they can stay in school. Espcially people who come from lower income families with little financial knowledge.
1
@ericw9702 "Arguably" makes it worse. First, it is entirely paid for by the extra revenues from the Inflation Reduction Act. Second, it only makes it worse if we refuse to do something over the next few years to prevent it from being necessary again in the future. So what do you have in mind? You're a smart guy. What would be a better system?
1
@lanefunai4714 That's not very constructive. What makes my arguments trash? I think your comment is trash. It's easier to criticize than come up with your own ideas.
1
Who told you your child was being taught anything besides math, science, English, etc? Right wing news told you that. I encourage you to actually ask your school about the curriculum. 99 percent change they are not being "indoctrinated."
1
@destiny3423 Like I said: ask the school for the curriculum. Stop letting politicians who want your vote to mislead and anger you on what your kid is supposedly learning when it's so easy for you to find out first-hand. Call the school and ask.
1
@destiny3423 You are confused. Stop watching Fox News. They just lost nearly $1 billion as punishment for lying to you.
1
My oh my, Republicans love to chop up quotes from Hillary. Of course it sounds bad when you only hear the first half of the sentence and run with your conclusions. Maybe try listening to the entire quote, you will sound more informed.
1
If MAGA was a good thing for ALL Americans, Americans would not have voted for the Democrat in 2016 and 2020. And Republicans would not feel the need to make up stories about the 2020 election and play down their party's support for violence.
1
@shallex5744 All assumptions with no evidence are based on bias.
1
@Sheila Keenan So you will be broke and homeless.
1
@suemullins5213 The documents from his time as senator are NOT classified. Joe declassified them with his mind the day he became president.
1
@suemullins5213 How do you know Trump had documents that would incriminate anyone? Given that the content of the documents is NOT public information there is no way you could know that. You made it up. Taking it on faith. Dumb. How do you know Trump declassified the documents on Jan 19, 2021. There is NO evidence of this anywhere. Also it doesn't matter if they were classified because he still broke the law by defying a grand jury subpoena and lying to the FBI. You made it up. Taking it on faith. Dumb. The lawsuit Trump filed against Hillary, the DNC, and the FBI was thrown out of court for being a frivelous manifesto of grievances. Trump and his lawyer were sanctioned and fined $1 million to cover everyone's attorney fees. Research is a good thing.
1
He's actually a better speaker than Obama to be honest.
1
He didn't lie. Republicans care more about wokeness and Hunter Biden's laptop than any economic issue. For some reason they really think that people outside the Fox News bubble will care about any of that stuff.
1
What? He doesn't sound anything like Obama. Why would that comparison even come to your mind?
