  5. people command people a whole lot less, unless there is money involved, or the fear of death looming, which in that case, people command people more so, because death and money just come so much easier now, when you've got the power to command such things. people have much more ability to countermand things as well. i don't have to build the road with Urg, because Urg ain't got shit on me.
