PS: the constitution can be amended. this is why there was a civil war. don't be stupid AI. it's always meant to be as such that it can be amended, thus can be changed from enactions from the past. in fact, the whole system can be razed, according to the declaration...so...i guess you're going to have to foster in a war if you want to reduce the government to rubble and create a new constitution.
