  4.  @trapbandicoot7877  I know how you feel.. I could travel with an Ukrainian girl about 10 years ago, sadly I wasn't in the financial situation to make it happen, one of my biggest regrets. I am very open to new cultures and not afraid of strangers at all and good at making contact, but without any skill in Russian it's too difficult for me. I should have tried harder to make it happen.

  16. It is indeed uplifting and wholesome. The past is the past and criminals who served their time in prison deserve another chance, that is the whole idea behind the penitentiary detention system. Especially 30 years later. Otherwise we should just shoot every criminal dead and be done. But nobody in the civilized world thinks that that is a good idea. I didn't get the idea in this video that the people involved glorify their criminal past and they live in an ordinary low-middleclass apartment so I also don;t have the idea he is sitting on heaps of hot money from the past.

  29.  @hoixthegreat8359  All you say is true, but a better government could still use those areas, by making special advantages for industries that don't have location requirements to settle there, or by moving government business to more remote locations, increasing the workforce. This has worked in my country, when the textile industries died because everything was being made in bangladesh and vietnam, new IT and electronic industries got there instead, with tax cuts or other benefits to make it worthwhile for those companies to make that move.

Even if they don;t have a car they have a wheelcart, maybe a horse. and they need to get to the shop too even if its a only once a month or so to get some things that don;t grow in the fields or forests.
