  19. the reason of so called hypersonic missile is so important is not just due to its speed, traditional ballistic missile can reach Mach 20, however, its trajectory can be calculated and therefore can be intercepted, but not for hypersonic missile since its trajectory can change and therefore cannot be intercepted.

Not in any way by India, British draw McMahon line for British Raj, as a proposal to China for negotiation in Silam in 1913-1914, no Chinese government signed the treaty, it has nothing to do with Indian government anyway, only in Feb 1952, India sent army to occupy Tawang and push out local Tibetan officials, PLA, due to the civil war, only got into Lhasa in October 1952, Lhasa is still over 600 km to Tawang at the time no road to there, in 1962, PLA occupied Tawang, just too difficult to defend there since needed to send supplies over Himalaya, but now it is not a problem for PLA any more, we will take back whole South Tibet soon.
