I guess there some among neighbours, friends, family that have offered to help organize and clean, but the conclusion has likely been that he is not so eager about seeing his stuff moved around too much..)

It's known that he has done some legal paperwork concerning the future of his property trying to save it from being bought up by some millionares and closed off for ranching and the public, as most of theproperties in his neighbourhood. He has welcomed people to walk trips on his property (not bothering his animals and keeping a distance from his yard naturally), go fishing, camping. It might happen the county will take care of the property, or some private folks that will lease ground to neighbour farms still in operation, and keep it open for the public
