  2. I always figured this would be end result of the supply-side scam! Taxes would be cut so low that states would have a hard time providing basic services... Now well have to see if the scam finally implodes in upon itself, and we go back to economic sanity. Aka: Cutting and raising taxes in akin to economic signals and not this perverse, asinine economic cult of tax cuts only!.. cause it's wrecked us and ruined the economies of many states!
