  7.  @desikalakar...3854 There were altogether 26 people accused of the crime, the SC released 19 people bcs they had very little to do with it, according to your view the SC shouldn't have released them. Later on Nalini girl friend/wife of the accused got a reduced sentence, life in prison while others got capital punishment, you can't treat killers and helpers the same way, especially when they do it unknowingly, if it's in western countries they won't give more than 5 yrs, they call it 3rd degree.

Punishment should fit the crime, CBI still don't know where the bomb was made, if they can bring the bomb, why not battery, there is no proof the battery he bought used for the bomb. The killer had money, this guy was his friend not knowing much about him.

Prabaharan told Rajeev not to send the army, Rajeev and others threatened Prabaharan in New Delhi, to sign the accord, they dis armed the LTTE and re armed other groups, they did not carry out any thing they promised in the accord, they disrespected the fasting campaign of Thileepan, left him die without food or water, they arrested and handed over some important LTTE members to the SL gov., something against the accord. Only after these the LTTE attacked the Indian army, ambush is a tactic, Indian army went into Jaffna hospital and fired indiscrimately at the staff, doctors, patients killing more than 65 people, after an LTTE attack, something LTTE did not do in 30 years.

They tortured them beyond words to fit them into their story, they also added Haribabu as an accused, an accused who went closer to Rajiv and Danu to take a photo. Their story don't make sense. While he was in jail one of those guys who beat him, took his wife with him, Sonia Gandhi know all these, she don't like Karthikeyan anymore.
