  1. I am 1/1024th black, but I am so white that I even had too much lactase in my own *milk*. It was okay direct from the faucet, so to speak, but if I tried to store any of it in the fridge or freezer, it would start to digest itself and taste soapy. So nasty. Good thing I was able to stay home with my baby! Lactase: a double-edged sword.

  2. Margarine is NOT dairy. Here in Wisconsin we knew that, and prohibited manufacturers from coloring it with anatto to look more like butter. It looked like a hunk of Crisco on the store shelf.
