  1. Years ago, Kurt Vonnegut wrote an absurdist short story about an absolutely equitable society called _Harrison Bergeron_. In that world, a Styx would be mandated to wear headphones that interrupted his thoughts with loud, startling noises, rendering him effectively a dullard. Graceful dancers would have to wear mandated sandbags and shackles, to bust their moves. In Harrison Bergeron's world, no dimwit would ever be made to feel "less than," no matter how dull and unproductive he was. Seems less absurd, upon rereading in the new and roaring 20s.

  2.  @whatdafarkenhell7110  Handler Jill Biden is looking creepier to me by the day. It's bad enough that her intellect is second rate and her kids turned out twisted . . . now she's acting like Edith Wilson, Nancy Reagan and Hillary Clinton on steroids. What a big, fat nerve!
