  2.  @Good100  I used to be a Democratic county chair in Wisconsin's 7th, and it really did not shift red until 2016. It was a swing district that kept a powerful Democratic congressman in office from the late 1960s until just a few years ago. We are in the middle of a huge political realignment, or "paradigm shift", as Styx wants to call it, and you're going to see a lot more red shift in the coming election. Minnesota's Iron Range, for example. The wind is at Trump's back. This part of Wisconsin is almost all tourism--a very beautiful place--and our stupid teacher-toady governor just murdered one whole tourism season for us. We have blood in our eyes for him.

  5.  @pipgang8566  It was not mail-in only. The polls were also open. But they did give themselves an extra week to fuck around with the ballots before certifying.

  8.  @NickTheEnlightened  Some surprisingly crunchy granola parts of WI-3 went heavily for Trump in 2016. No reason it should not in 2020.
