  1. I have always loved Thom's intro of Dr. Wolff - "with two effs". The world they are describing in this clip is weird, and the only certainty is that it will not last long. Deflation is self extinguishing - if prices and wages plummet while debt obligations are supposed to remain stable, there will be bloodshed! Even an idiot like Trump will see that by exterminating a mere 1% of the US population (bankers, speculators, billionaires etc., a mere 3 million), all debt will be automatically forgiven! This is where the proliferation of assault weapons among the general population will come in handy...
