  1. What 'Muricans proudly call 'democracy' comes across as a farce to genuinely democratic nations. The US, with it's bribe-driven politicians and in-name-only 'law and order' arrangement (where whoever has enough money turns out to be well above the law) is doomed to fall apart. Will it go the fascist route of Hitler's Germany or Mussolini's Italy or will it be the autocratic route taken by Putin's Russia, Orban's Hungary or Erdogan's Turkey, to name a few? Only time will tell. One thing is certain: If the gerrymandering and voter-suppressing Repugnicans are not stopped in their tracks within one or two election cycles, the US Republic is finished, Kaput, done for. A genuinely sad state of affairs.
