Exactly. I got mine measured in may, ended up at 286. Now I'm planning to workout 5-6 days a week, eat healthy consistent, sleep 8 hours whenever possible and have an active recovery day ( walking etc) while also working on my business. I'm planning to do another blood test in October to see if it changed or not

@hypermangi8265 i remember the time i had 30+ days of nofap combined with hitting the gym (pre corona), i was fearless, relentless but then corona came with all the lockdowns and I need to build it up again now

Try adding monkmode and some martial arts to it which I'm planning to do soon

Same, I work a full time job, part time entrepreneur and trying to hit the gym 4-6 days a week and get my sleep and diet in order but it hard. As for my testosterone values, I got it measured in May and it was at 286 ng. Shocking how low it is, I'm still shocked at how low it is

Same here. Planning to go a 1 year fitness transformation by hitting the gym 6 days a week, sleep and eat plenty whenever I can, build up my business so that I can become financially free

@78percent34 maybe but your brains are plastic, you can change the way you think only by working on it, watching it and taking action. When I was young ( like 10 years old) i was pretty crazy according to my neighbor and then you continue to go to school and teachers and parents punish you when you behave badly and you become soft and you're screwed. I've watched myself improve over the last 10 years and I can be brutally honest even though my test levels are <300 Ng. It is possible with the necessary action

I feel you, my niece provides massage services ( normal massages without happy ending bullshit) and she'd sometimes get d picks or some stupid people who try to hit her up. I told her that If someone tries something that I'm gonna kill him.

Same here, i was feeling lazy due to lack of exercise so now I'm planning to go 5-6 days a week, do some Muay Thai intervals at home, read 1 book a month, meditation (need to see start it actually), sleep 8 hours whenever possible and ofcourse eating healthy and doing it consistently
