Sorry  but those missile failures had nothing to do with the USA, that was good old fashioned poor factory quality control in Russia, mishandling or poor maintenance or just bad luck or a combination thereof. These failures are making Russia look bad and of course the US is going to highlight them just as Russia would do exactly the same if the tables were turned but to be honest Russia doesnt have anywhere near the battlespace awareness the US has, it s like comparing a medieval army to a panzer division.
