Israel is a free country with best millitary technology it specializes in.( drones, syber, anti tank missiles, avionics, intelligence equipment gathering , tank protection, coding. Just to give you example Israel hold 65% of the world millitary drone market. USA is only 25%. As independent country Israel would sell its technology to Russia and China and make billions. America in response would increase its military spending 10 - 50 billions a year. It's better to give Israel American produced weapons for 3.8 billion a year than to increase military budget 20 billion a year in addition to 700 billion a year America already spent.
