That's exactly why I don't think that Russia should supply any gas or oil to countries who have expressed their open hostility to Russia and even individual Russians, not to mention supply arms to Russia's enemies. Europe, the EU, have no gratitude toward Russia for their generosity, so Russia shouldn't keep propping up their enemies.

@bigbasil1908 Not only are farmers not a target, but the vast majority of Ukraine is out of the fighting area. The fighting encompasses just a thin slice of Ukraine on the eastern border, so how does that keep farmers in the vast expanse of Ukraine from planting?
47
People who aren't jealous of Russia are ignorant. I wish we Americans had such a great leader as Putin.
41
There's a woman on YouTube whose husband works for the EU in Brussels. She, and her friends, came out for Ukraine as soon as Russia moved in. Diane in Denmark, if you're curious. Yeah, the workers are just as guilty.
38
@HarryWolf I don't see what good we could do in any case. The politicians don't care what we think or what we want; they've made that abundantly obvious. Some of them still give us rhetoric, but that's all they do.
23
@Luva_-_ I've been trying to tell people for decades that we are all, to one extent or another, the captives of our own government.
23
If I were in Russia's shoes, I would put a sunset clause into any deal that ends with Trump's term in office. If anything happens to Trump, or when Trump's term ends, whichever comes first, the deal ends immediately.
21
I don't believe that was the same guy. A ringer.
19
I don't think it was veiled. Sounds pretty straightforward to me. "Do what we say or we'll make you pay."
19
Don't worry; they're sharpening their pitchforks down there.
17
Remember when Hillary passed out during a 9/11 commemoration when she was campaigning and was photographed being dragged across the sidewalk? They took her to an apartment, and 10 minutes later she was outside, bouncing around for the cameras? They have ringers.
17
@НатальяЮрьевнаБелкина Not just Moscow. There's a man who travels all over Russia for his vlogs. There are people living all over Russia who also have vlogs. You think we're stupid?
16
It's Putin's patience. I guarantee that his colleagues in the Kremlin wouldn't be so patient.
14
@JimbobdwayneSanchez Aslin is a foreign national embedded in the Azov battalion. He's considered a mercenary, just like he was a mercenary in Syria.
14
You're assuming that it was Zelensky's idea. Who has been running Ukraine since 2014? Not Zelensky. If that farmer hadn't taken photos of the wreckage, it would've been successfully blamed on Russia.
11
I predict that the time is coming soon when the world won't put up with it any longer.
11
@Meme Memeson And what was the relevance of your comment? The Patriot Act was 2001; what does a 2010 election have to do with that?
10
Trump got along very well with Putin the first time. They even made a joint statement together. A reminder that Gorka was a member of Trump's first administration, too, but it didn't affect Trump's relationship with Russia.
10
@Blonde_Somnambulist He wasn't smart. When he escaped, he posted a video telling the whole world where he was and where he was going to cross the border. Of course they caught him, and that was it.
9
@SuanLuang Still hypocritical.
9
@deborahdean8867 It wouldn't have been that hard in the 1990s. But in the meantime, NATO and the Pentagon built 46 bioweapons labs in Ukraine (and that's what the Pentagon finally admitted to, after denying it for years), violating the Minsk agreement in a big way. So, without shutting down the bioweapons labs, it is no longer possible to enact the Minsk agreement.
9
Russia today is what I wish the US was like. The huge middle part of the US is much like modern Russia, but the big cities are horrific. We have nothing good to offer that you can't find in Russia, and you aren't as likely to be robbed on the street.
8
@everdinestenger1548 It's a joke, like the Ukraine government.
8
@siobhandavies6113 I hope that you are wrong. Europe has been effectively de-industrialized, but with Trump in office, I expect the re-industrialization of the US to begin quickly. The EU can't wage a war against the US under those conditions. The best thing for the EU would be to break apart. Sovereign nations should be sovereign again.
7
As an American and a Trump voter, I don't want Canada. They vote way too far to the left and we don't need another freaking California.
7
@gtengineer1967 Less profit for Russia seems like a pretty small issue compared to Europe freezing to death this winter. Compared to Germany shutting down all manufacturing for the foreseeable future (and that information comes via the German government). Europe hasn't been able to substitute green energy like they were bragging about and OPEC has said that it can't increase production.
7
I agree with both points. As for the second, yes, Putin is playing the diplomat while Medvdev is laying out the truth of it without cushioning it.
7
Around 2014, Putin signed into law the right for Russian citizens to carry firearms almost everywhere in Russia. No dictator arms the populace.
7
I agree with you. That said, as an American held hostage by my evil, corrupt government, I hope he shows a little mercy. There are a few of us who know what's really going on and we're horrified and expect a reckoning. At best, it won't be a good time for us. The innocent suffer with the guilty. I wouldn't blame Russia at all for letting my country drown in the results of its own stupidity.
7
No, Ukraine nixed it, then Ukraine started shelling them and has been doing it ever since.
7
@lolanaylor1144 You have no clue what's going on, do you? How can anyone who listens to the Duran be so blind?
7
@roki5941 I think that's painfully obvious at this point.
6
@Letsberealish That didn't keep the EU from destroying their own countries. We should get out now. THAT would be in America's interest.
6
@richardm4825 You know that the US imprisons the highest percentage of its population in the world, right? And he didn't force anyone to flee. The IT guys left because they were afraid of conscription, but the government gave them amnesty, so many of them came back. Even Konstantin went back, within weeks. He did a video with Russell in Moscow about 3 weeks after he made such a big deal about leaving.
5
@niarlatotepbasset You couldn't be more wrong. China was totally behind North Vietnam. I lived through that period; I had two brothers in Vietnam. My oldest brother was awarded the bronze star. China is why the US ditzed around in Vietnam instead of going for the win; America didn't want a war with China.
5
He was being sarcastic.
5
@torgnyhansson7409 No, Putin doesn't bother to lie. He doesn't have to.
5
Hubris.
5
@DieselRamcharger You mean it isn't a place for thieves who think they have a right to pick the pockets of their neighbors.
5
You know how Russians deal with pirates, right? There's a reason that Russian ships don't have trouble with pirates.
4
@2funny269 You can ask the same question of half of Congress and many past members of Congress. Biden, Pelosi, etc., etc. Notice that they aren't offering the last 20 years of tax returns for public review.
4
He's just an envoy. A messenger to Ukraine, that's all. If he screws up, he's easy enough to replace.
4
@heyfitzpablum Under UK law, they can do this. Black Belt has a video explaining it. It's a travesty.
4
Mine disappeared within 5 seconds. Must be some kind of record.
4
@annap7678 Don't be sorry. It's hilarious.
4
Beautifully said.
4
@spnkysy791 I read about that. It sounds like a set up to me, but our government would never do that. 🙄
4
@luckyguy600 You missed the point. Russia responded to sanctions by fast-tracking domestic businesses to take up the slack left by western companies leaving, and it's made Russia stronger than ever. The US can look forward to the same benefit.
4
@dethray1000 One hundredth of one percent is hardly newsworthy.
4
@buttercuptaylor7135 Are you saying that the US hasn't been doing that for many decades? As far as Musk, he has one job in this government, and it isn't with the State Department or the Pentagon. If you want to worry about something, worry about those guys.
