  13. Aaron, I just had your video come up in my recommended. I didn’t even know about this issue before watching this. I’m around your age and I grew up in Parksville. I’ve been recreationally fishing since I was a kid. It amazes me that the government is so hard on everyone in the industry just because of politics even after the fisherman have come together and created a solution. We need to stop this and I appreciate your video spreading the word on another of the many issues with this government. Keep up the good work man!

I did know he had made some “mistakes” but I don’t think there has ever been a leader of anything that didn’t make mistakes. Not about this video specifically but for the last 30 odd years, every young, ambitious and creative soul I know that’s moved to Vancouver with starry eyes hopes and dreams has returned within 6 months looking gimp f’d and broke.   26. Well Aaron, it’s been a busy few days trying to build my own freedom, but I just finished this documentary, and it was amazing. It was everything I’ve been seeing, considering, wondering and worrying about for years in regards to our freedoms. Raising children in this, it was very disheartening to watch them stripped so easily of freedoms they aren’t even old enough to understand yet. I’ve also watched (twice now) Canada is dying and Vancouver is dying and after losing a beautiful shining light (my little brother - age 28) after he died a horrifying drug related accident. Your movies have brought clarity to my life, in times that are very challenging for a questioning mind to explore safely. Thank you so much for putting out this “tough to talk about” content and we support your work 100% <3 I will absolutely share this to the handful of humans I know.

  27. Great video Aaron. It all comes down to the same thing. Incompetence and corruption. Even if the BC gov was offering to pay for the retrofit (which it appears they aren't) the money will still ultimately come from the tax payer. It's time for the morons that are leading us down this doomed path to be held accountable. I suggest a new 'Accountability Bureau' that roots out gross incompetence and jails the worst offenders.
