  5. My brother Bobby passed away from FentanyI in June 2020. The rehab he was at had to stop services (group therapy, one on one training, etc) and his part-time job had to lay him off. He relapsed and overdosed from FentanyI. He wasn't the stereotypical addict who would steal and harm those around him, he was a kind, loving, soft-spoken man who just needed some help. Love you always Bob.

  7. Not going to lie I've enjoyed watching this Saudi Series. Its 100% changed my opinion on Saudi. Before you uploaded your first video, if someone offered me a free ticket here I would of said no without hesitation, but now I'm debating on actually paying & visiting this place one day. It is totally different to how i would of imagined. This just goes to show how dangerous the media is & how it can portray something completely different to how it was. I am sorry for previously having such narrow minded views but these views have now changed. Keep up the good work !

  9. I think the guide, Lalo, is great. He's discovering things at the same time as Peter, he's also being honest about it whenever he doesn't know something. I live in Mexico City, and I generally dislike watching videos of youtubers with guides who try to oversell the city/country by romanticizing it. This dude is very matter of fact. I started watching this video expecting to hate it but i actually really liked it thanks to the guide.

  14. Been watching your Saudi stuff. I've lived here for three years now (Eastern Province). I think you vloggers who are seeing Saudi for the first time are doing a great service. I've been all over the Kingdom and it's a fantastic land. But, what you all are really doing is letting the world know how great the people are. I've been surrounded by the most kind, generous, genuine, thoughtful, caring people since I've been here. I love my Saudi colleagues and friends, and especially my students. They have adopted me as Abu Jack and they are my de facto family. There's nothing to fear here folks - come experience the wonders of Saudi Arabia.

  16. My parents own Chinese restaurant since 1997 in the neighborhood one by pink houses and one across the street from cypress hill projects . I see a lot of customers in the videos. Mitch is a regular .People here never gave us problems . As long as you show respect , mind your business and give back to the community they will always respect you back .

  23. I was on the streets of Kensington on and off for 8 yrs. prostituting and spending the money on heroin. I knew I was sick of living that life but was struggling to get out and get clean. Thank God one night I got arrested and spent a few days in jail on State Road. I prayed everyday Please God get me out of here and I'll change my life. 5 days later I was released on a year probation and I kept that promise and immediately got into drug and alcohol treatment and got clean. Now instead of going down Kensington for drugs I go down to give out food and talk with people how recovery is possible!! 10 years clean and never plan on going back. I hope to work with The Rock one day too they are an amazing organization in Kensington who truly care and help as much as possible. Thank God for Buddy and everyone who is working to make Kensington a better place for the people who live there and trying to help addicts as much as they can🙏🏼💜

  36. I was a stripper for a few years and I met my husband at the club. He was a bouncer and he actually got me off the drugs and got me out of that life and I'm really glad the situation didn't turn out how it could have. The lady is right, there is a lot of money in blinding you and it's all just emotional manipulation so I was very lucky to have met an honest guy that I could trust that really did love me and didn't want anything from me. Hes a great dad, great husband and great best friend.

  40. I worked in Syria for a month, in the 90's! Palmyra is beautiful. The hotel at Palmyra is lovely, and the food is great. We performed in there. So many incredible places to see. The mosques in Damascus were incredible.

  46. This is the type of content we should ALL be subjected to daily vs. the crap that we are spoon-fed via the news and online. THIS is reality TV as it should be. It feels inviting & familiar... yet it is raw, emotional, & eye-opening, too. This is us! MOST Americans wake up every day and live their lives, work hard, and take care of their families just like Booker T. Pop culture, politics, and the media would have us all believe that we are different and that we hate each other. But thankfully, documentaries like these help to remind us that we are so much more alike than we realize. I agree 100% with Booker T's sentiment: As long as you treat me well, I'll treat you well. White, Black, Brown, Green, or Purple... we are all human beings. Thank you for your work, Peter!! 🙏🏽
