  9. 'Economic' freedom...not necessarily social freedom. Economic freedom as in less bureaucracy to open a business and conduct business...no onerous regulations...welcoming of foreign investment with little to no hassle compared to other countries....and no onerous taxation etc

  17. Hello Andrew, Friendly advice; Ask for the Visa card option at your BOG branch as these lasts for 4 years (MC only lasts for 2 years). Solo has 4 years cards as well if you would like to become a customer there. PS. Thank you for your videos about Georgia. I've invested in 4 properties 12-18 months ago, obtained a residence permit and make 14-16% annual cashflow (calculated on purchase price) and a value increase of about 50% for each property (also due to the large influx of Russians/Ukraninians). I can honestly say that you are the only reason I chose Georgia and I'm so happy about this. This has been the best investments of my life. Thank you Andrew!

  23. I can verify the community spirit in Ireland. We've taken two trips there when our kids were younger and every single person bent over backwards to be really nice to the kids. You could really tell that everybody just loves children there and people were friendly and extremely welcoming to foreigners.

  30. I’ve recently came back from a multi city trip in Asia to see it all for myself. I would never have visited KL if it weren’t for your recommendation and I’m very glad I did. The English proficiency is miles ahead of Bangkok & HCMC which made my experience, being relatively new to Asia, a whole lot easier. The food is great as you mentioned and the internet in KLCC really deserves a shoutout. I’m definitely going to be back in KL as well as visiting other spots in Malaysia. The country is more work than play, and that’s why I think it doesn’t get as much credit, but although the conservative culture is definitely a minus, I for one enjoyed my experience a lot anyway. Singapore deserves a shout as well, no question about it. It’s undeniably the best but often other places make more sense for most folks.
