You are expending a lot your time and energy as of late laying out options for people who fall well below 7 and 8 figure incomes. I think you deserve a lot more thanks and praise than you have received in the comments sections. Thank you for continuing to deliver so much valuable information for free. Having spent the last 15 years of my live living the Nomad lifestyle, I know just how important this information is and I hope no one is taking any of it for granted.

Armenia is a wonderful country with stable currency, high bank deposit rates, excellent organic food, beautiful landscapes and very kind people.
59
Very informative. I would love to see more information on safe cities in Mexico.

Good video. He puts a lot of real thought into it and can articulate his reasons well. Not a blind follower of trends. Thanks

Andrew. I have been following you for many years and I have to say this video right here is one of your best. I admire how you say you prefer to build slow and steady. This video right here is the truth and needs to be shared. P.S. When are you bringing back The Nomad Dad. Always enjoyed his videos

Was extremely surprised at how modern, clean and nice Kuala Lumpur is. Friendly people, good food and an awesome airport too. Most under-rated city I've been to.

I qualify for citizenship in Israel, under the 'Right to Retun' law of 1950. After telephoning the embassy here in Norway, who were polite, but rather unhelpful, I understand much better why people avail themselves of your services. Alas, I have a five figure income. C'est la vie!
59
Keep up the good work, Andrew. You are on the cutting edge of building the new world. Congratulations in advance.

My wife & I have dual citizenship US&NZ, did the hard route by working as an engineer, makes us feel freer, love your channel, cheers

Malaysia is a beautiful country ❤️

Andrew I appreciate your channel. I just discovered it today. I am a Hong Kong native (born and raised until I moved to the US in middle school). I just graduated form USC in California and now work as a programmer at Microsoft. I bought my first rental property in Tacoma, WA about a month ago after my first year at Microsoft. My next goal is to purchase a multifamily (4 unit) and increase my cash flow every month. On top of this I am trying to build some business on the side that will generate monthly income for me. Ultimately I want to build up enough monthly income to work for myself within the next 2 years and move overseas to continue investing (likely in real estate while maintaining my business). I must say, the hardest thing for me to do right now is determine what my side business should be in order to generate that monthly cash I will need to move overseas. I can't get myself to jump on board to any one idea. IT IS HARD.

Wow before even listening to the content I want to compliment you on your esthetics. The video quality, the understated yet elegant garment selection and the refined studio setting with the matching lamp shade and Tucan all comingle to make a pleasurable visual sensory experience! I routinely listen to many of your posts while driving as I'm in the car 50K miles/year. This is a rare time when I turned the phone sideways and set YouTube to full screen and again, very impressive asthetics! Okay, now I'll start listening to the content 🤣

I had to smash the like button just for the Trump impersonation. That was good! 😂

Removing toxic people from your life - that’s the key. Personally, that’s why I left the US, and the smaller tax footprint (like a boot to the face really) was just a bonus. The US has become culturally toxic and for reasons no one can explain empirically it’s people like myself, and probably your viewers / clients are to blame. So, we moved to a place where we are valued and we see value added by our taxes

Sweet! I will be in KL in September. Looking forward to joining the event!!!
58
I can tell why you're truly successful. Consciousness creates reality. Well done Andrew.
58
I haven't watched the video yet, but I wanted to thank you. We've been here in Tbilisi for five weeks now and have already organised everything so that we only have to pay 1% tax. We have you to thank because we would never have discovered Georgia without the Nomad Capitalist YouTube Channel. Cheers from Vake 🍻

Wow not allowed to sell cryptography software globally being a US citizen. this seems so.. anti capitalist.

I too vote for KL as the best city to live in SE Asia. I've been working, living, traveling to this part of the world since the early 80's. My late wife was Malaysian. (Saya boleh cakap Bahasa Malaysia juga.) Malaysia is truly a second home to me. Since retiring 5 years ago, I've been spending half the year here in KL, but renting...not buying. I'm not convinced I need to buy here. I don't need the headache of dealing with real estate and its associated problems (e.g. water damage) halfway around the world that I'm not occupying/managing full-time. Just about everyone I know with second homes regrets it, don't use it as much as they'd like, and have spent tons of money and time fixing water damage. I prefer to drop off the keys...and all my concerns...upon checkout. It's possible that in the future I may want to spend more of the year here, at which time I'd consider buying.

Another thought... The old classic saying is, "When things get tough, the tough get going." I add to it, "The smart left long ago."
58
Andrew’s a talented presenter- it’s easy to see why he used to work in talk radio.
58
I live in Bogotá. Man, you got a great deal on that apartment, congrats! Would love to see a video after the reno.

Actually Andrew, you shouldn't shortchange yourself about your online presence - I stumbled across your channel by accident and find you very engaging. There is no doubt you will have inspired many people to take control of their own lives. You have done a brilliant job with this channel. 🙂 Happy Birthday .....and may there be many more successes to come.

Awesome interview. This guy knows his stuff, and throws in that wit which is just hilarious, while still learning something. Thanks to all involved with this interview.
57
"Go where you're treated best" is the phrase that has stuck with me since the first day I began watching your channel and while I may not be wealthy I'm still doing pretty darn good for myself but most of all, I am literally going where I'm treated best now after years of prep time and all that thanks to a simple little phrase. It's amazing how that little phrase has transformed my thinking. Thank-you and I hope to continue seeing you online.

I hope people realize they don't need to have a giant amount of money to have a FU fund. It depends just as much on your outgo as it does on how much you've piled up. If you can keep your cost of living low by living better worldwide instead of in your home country, it's possible to build a FU fund even on modest wages. As a simple, 5-figure entrepreneur who's relatively new to this, I'm not hurting during the economic downturn because I have my FU fund. And tbh, it's not that much money, but it's enough to survive for a few years without income because I manage my budget through living the nomad life.
57
Andrew has always been a voice of wisdom in the darkness of stereotypes.
57
This was extremely good content. Answers exactly what I’ve been asking myself these days, as I’ve grown tired of quarantining and want to relocate. THANK YOU for the great info. We’re going to do 3 months Buenos Aires, 3 months Colombia, 3 months Tblisi and 3 months Istanbul.
57
This is right on time Andrew. The level of blind belief in American exceptionalism is scary. Americans for the most part simply don't think. They think what the TV tells them to think.
57
HEY ANDREW... YOU WERE MENTIONED ON "MY FIRST MILLION" PODCAST AS AN UNDER THE RADAR INTERESTING LOW PERSONNEL BUSINESS... YOU ROCK
57
Andrew + Colombian coffee = Perfect morning routine.
57
Perfect mix of modern and traditional. Very stylish. I bet Andrew did the interior design.
57
I love Patrick but I'm with normad on this topic. America sucks after 2 years overseas not even in a business sense but life as a human being in general is better overseas. It's more economical and it's definitely better socially. I'm not sure what has happened in the USA but things have absolutely changed. One thing I realized about being overseas the last few years is people don't need money to make them happy. This is why I decided to sell my house take that profit along with my 3k a month passive income and leave America forever. Great interview Mr Normad I've been following your channel for years
57
That is. actually a good deal, especially if you are already a entrepreneur. Remember, he is not focus on travelers, he's focused on businesses.
56
Andrew definitely knows who his audience is. 😂 can't wait to do business with him in the future
56
This is information that you can never get from a mainstream investment service.
56
That was a very practical and useful conversation. Thank you Andrew and Tai.
56
Just a simple thank you Andrew and team! These videos are invaluable and tremendously appreciated. Thank you!!!
56
Nice one Andrew. I have been a Turkish expat for over 20 years working in and visiting many countries. I have came back with my family to Turkey after 15 years, now very recently recently left again. Cannot live without Turkey, Istanbul, the Aegean. The colour of life is there.
56
You are 100% correct Andrew! Things are 1/3 the price down here in South America compared to the USA. People are nice, google translate for Spanish is great. I am treated really nice down here.
56
What a wonderful view. It's always good to hear the pros and cons about living in KL, Malaysia, especially when it comes from the Nomad Capitalist.
56
I left, a while ago never going back. I'd rather be in a country with actual freedom of expression, health care, not have to worry about a man being insecure because another man says they're attractive, less guns far safer, better publuc transit I'm good.
56
Indeed at the end of the day no politican saves you. You save yourself
56
THIS IS ACTUALLY SCARY!!!!!....Andrew once said that if you where in south America and you didn't know it...their is some idyllic scenery that is almost a replica of California i.e. rolling hills....orange orchards and so on. In the first 3 minutes of this video, if I didn't see the signs, I would have absolutely said you were in Schneider, Indiana. Now I get what he's talking about.....RESPECT AND HONOR BROTHER!
56
I'm currently saving 40% of my income. I want to obtain a second passport as soon as I can.

Plan ahead especially if you are a US Citizen:)
56
I had this health screening at Prince Court last spring. I was so blown away by the quality, efficiency, and comprehensive nature of the screening (so much more than any physical you could ever get in the US, and for such an inexpensive price), I have decided from now on to make an annual trip to KL and Prince Court to have my health screening. Furthermore, as a full-time traveler I am now making Prince Court my location for health care in Southeast Asia.
56
Lol. I LOVE your response!!
56
OMG, I just emailed my citizenship case manager, Sofija at Nomad Capitalist about this exact topic. In California, the taxes are bad, but the real issue for us is the degradation of rights, personal safety and the social problems in this state. I'm tired of this feeling of helplessness. Our plan B is EVERYTHING right now. More than anything, it's giving us a little peace. Thank you, NC.
