I like the details in the beginning, the luxury car made here in KL, Ringgits stacked on the table, good job!

This is the best argument I have ever heard for repealing the 16th Amendment. Direct taxation of the individual is not ever more than theft. Theft by an elected group, is still theft. Other countries find a way to make ends meet, and so did the USA for the first 130 years (1783-1913). Buffett is arguing for more taxation of individuals, and that is always contrary to freedom.

How right he is. The biggest advantage of leaving the west is not financial freedom or ease of starting a business. It's actual and simple freedom. You can say anything you want, you won't have to fear for your job or fear getting cancelled. North Korean defectors say there is less freedom of speech & diversity of thought in Harvard than there is in North Korea. This should tell you everything you need to know.

Thanks Nomad Capitalist, I definitely want to live a long life.

I love his content and I'm a teenager 😅

Thanks for free help Andrew.
27
Definitely would like to hear more about this topic of buying real estate around the world.
27
You’re brave my friend. That you’re channel is still up is amazing.
27
Congratulations on 10 years !

Inspirational, as usual

A very nice conversation that reminds me of some fond memories talking to my dad and him sharing his wisdom with me which I now miss. To those of you who think one’s life can’t change extremely, dramatically, and very suddenly, think of the Jews in Germany, when it became clear they really needed to leave. Many tried to come to the USA and they were not welcomed; they were turned back. If you don’t have the papers that allow you to legally enter a country, you may not be able to enter. It’s essential to get that lined up in advance just in case. These were wealthy Jews; money had nothing to do with it. It was the policy of the United States at that time.

Kuala Lumpur is the right choice.

The main reason for having several bank accounts to me is the threat of bail ins. As a German citizen you should think about having accounts outside the euro zone (Switzerland or Norway f. e.)

Hi Andrew, you’re 100% right on starting a real estate company. I’ve said the same thing as I traveled around the world, been in 44 countries and very few if any know how to do anything right concerning real estate. I was trying to look around for places in Medellin Colombia, but none of the real estate people even have a car to take me to places, so if I do get them to meet me sometimes I’m left standing on a street in the area I don’t know and the guy is an hour late arriving by taxi. There’s no multi listing service almost anywhere in the world except in Western countries. And even some of them don’t have it. On another note, I like all your advice about Eastern Europe, I like Eastern Europe, I even like Ukraine. Ukraine has the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen, but of course Russia is attacking their eastern border, but I also like Bulgaria and I want to go to Georgia next time I’m in that area. I met a lady who is president of a bank in Georgia at a conference I was that in Santiago Chile a few years ago. She was paying 10% interest for any account you open in her bank at that time. I told then I was a developer and builder and she really encouraged me to come check the place out.. Thanks for your information and recommendations about Georgia.

Totally 🎉 "La Patria Madrina" 😊❤💯 I'm totally bilingual and although, I was born in South America, I grew up in California, went to school with many Mexicans and I even have one nice and nephew who are part of Mexican decent. I love the people, I feel at home among them. They shared many of my own personal values and I have never felt unsafe vacationing there. Great food, lovely country and being near the USA. I love cooking Mexican food and being able to make uses of both English and Spanish ❤ 🎉🎉🎉

Last year, I moved to Puerto Rico. I often talk to tourists when I'm at a bar. Over 2/3 of the people I talk to say "Of course you can move here, you don't have a wife or kids." YET I just had coffee with a friend who moved here with her husband and 7yr old daughter. And her daughter is having the time of her life. What an amazing experience she's growing up with!
26
Valuable lesson but I really have to say something: I really appreciate the aesthetic of your videos and the effort you put into choosing an aesthetically pleasing environment. You really have a spot on taste when it comes to that.
26
I'm not quite ready for your flagship service this year. In light of that, I will see you in Mexico. Already purchased my ticket to go. via Etida. I'm also planning to visit Turkey ( again) and Georgia to open bank account - dipping the toes in. From a fledgling entrepreneur to a veteran, Thank you. Andrew, you're extremely inspirational.

Your latest series of videos have been fantastic!
26
This is awesome. The green room, the play on words, the content. Solid.
26
This comment section has opened my eyes to the fact that very few commenters actually watch the video
26
Great casual talk Andrew! I agree that in order to succeed, you need to take action and find how you can add value to people's lives to be able to come up with ideal business possibilities. Thank you for sharing!

I'm blown away. I can't even get into health care in Canada. They try to get rid of you because it's so broken. I was impressed with Mexico healthcare, so reasonable especially dental. But Malaysia sounds like nirvana of preventive medicine. Exactly what I'm looking for. Why is the North West so backwards? Shaking my head.
26
Yes, that's the Colombian classy wardrobe, open-neck dress shirt with solid cashmere sweater.
26
It's just sickening that these people are disguising theft as a sign of virtue. Also it sends the message the people who make a lot of money are incapable or untrustworthy of being giving, like the government would know how generosity feels. Great video.
26
That is one of the most inspiring presentations I have seen. It makes everyone believe that anything is possible. I have been to Malaysia many times but it makes me want to go back more and more. Well done Andrew. Gary from Australia.
26
You finally did this video, I already did this topic for my Youtube channel and great to see your perspective on this topic!
26
As a fellow Venezuelan, thanks for employing those 2 Venezuelans, I hope you can soon add Venezuela to the list of countries in which you recommend to invest. I am glad I subscribed to your channel a long time ago and it is true, we venezuelans used to say that communism would never happen in Venezuela.
26
Andrew, I just wanted to SERIOUSLY thank you. Because of your work I've finally taken the step to living abroad. I've been gone from the USA for a few weeks and I'm in Singapore right now and I SERIOUSLY don't miss it. I don't know where I'm going to settle down yet, but I know that it'll be outside of the USA... I can't wait to need your services for some guidance soon.

If you’ve completed two years of higher education in France, the five-year residency obligation is reduced to two years (including all-in-English classes schools). So in some cases becoming a French / EU resident can even take less than 3 years.
26
Inspiring and uplifting! 🙏
26
this channel has turned me into a youtube goon. I can't turn it off.
26
Best interview of this genius I've seen. Well done Andrew
26
I loved that trump touch, "I love the Maltese people".
26
As of now, thanks to this channel, I have USA and Colombia. I’m curious to see Malaysia and Serbia.
26
Great video. Some of those comments scream of envy and coping. "You'll always be running" - do they not understand the "Nomad" part of Nomad Capitalist? Some of us WANT to roam the planet, my dude. Andrew, you have the patience of a Saint. Please keep this stuff coming.
26
Anthony Albania? That is Brutal !
26
As a Norwegian who lived in Uruguay, I really liked the country, educated people, and well-developed cities, of course it's far from being the same as Switzerland, but if I were to choose which country to live in after Norway, it would definitely be Uruguay
26
Been waiting for this from you for a long time 🙏🙏
26
I always get something good out of your videos! I already have my Irish passport, but if I were to move from the USA to elsewhere in Europe, I would seriously consider Switzerland due to the high quality of medical care there...I am older, and having top-notch medical care rivaling, or better than what I have access to now, is a key consideration for me...
26
Man! This is such an incredible amount of information! You are amazing, Andrew. I really appreciate you put all this together to help us out, when you obviously don't need it. BIG THANKS!
26
This is slowly becoming my favorite Youtube channel. Keep up the great work!
26
Your videos are really inspirational. This is what YouTube can be when talented people come up with brilliant ideas.
26
Is this one of the greatest episodes you had!? Wow!
