  25. I live in NY.. worked at a few pizza joints where all I did was make the pizzas, stromboli, etc. This recipe is nearly exact to how we do it, right down to grated cheese under mozzarella. Only one thing I suggest; a little basil along with the oregano. And yes i can toss the dough like a boss lol

  26. I'm appalled by the disregard for tradition and blatant misrepresentation of my culture in this video. It's not a cereal if it's not made from grains. Without grains, it's an entirely different dish. The name "breakfast cereal" comes from the fact that it's made from processed cereal grains. The word 'cereal' is even derived from the word 'Ceres', the Roman God of harvest and agriculture. Sugary cereal is an important American tradition that is very dear to me and my family. Please be more respectful in the future. The pasta looks amazing btw!

  31. If you can find a stewing hen all the better. Stewing hens are older chickens that can no longer lay eggs. They are tough birds only suitable for stews or soups but they have a lot more flavor. They have to be simmered a long time to be tender.

Dogs have a bit of history eating plant food scraps, and a lot of history being carnivorous wolves. Humans have history as herbivorous monkeys rather than just as carnivores and scavengers. That's why we're better at metabolizing caffeine, theobromine, tartaric acid, and a bunch of other phytochemicals than dogs are. Cats have it even worse because they've always been primarily or exclusively carnivorous.
