Thanks for explaining

@PhoenixtheII humans will be the last species to die. Even if the planet around us becomes uninhabitable we’ll engineer ways to extend our kind before we eventually also die. If we die, we’ll have taken down the planet with us.
1
K2-18b, LHS 1140 b, and Enaiposha are all very likely inhospitable gas dwarfs.
1
Wow, what a chance observation if this is the case!
1
If our Saturn had rings that big it would be a representation of nearly 1 whole astronomical unit just always sittin’ in the sky. Boring to some, mesmerizing to me!

Maybe it is a very overweight alien that was ejected from his craft by crewmates for eating all the green Twinkies, they got so tired of his shenanigan's that they tossed him overboard, and we happened to see his very large body, MASSIVE body pass by this star forever doomed to drift through space forever. Or maybe, as he passed the star, he was so hungry from drifting in space that he took a bite out of the star, hence the slight dimming? All very good observations and theories, though this is maybe the best... Just saying... There's some big boy aliens out there.

Thanks for an awesome video. More pls.

What was the estimated total mass of the (assumed) ring system?
1
Titan is the closest thing we've gotten to cross-ocean colonisation since Earth.
1
No black holes have actually been detected in the cluster
1
Instant like and sub 🏆
1
So Saturn is still the king of rings then
1
crazy, that it turned out to be a brown dwarf

Came here from some YouTube short about this planet if it was in our solar system, a comment mentioned ur vid. Pretty cool

I swear we wouldn't have all these fucking videos about shit found by webb 'before' the big bang, if more scientists pionted out how bleeding edge science is about intpretting limited data sets and is of a speculative nature until we have more information on which to ground ourself. How incorrect assumptions about masses of galaxies and thier constituesnts and can lead to erronous results, we correct our incorrect assumptions and move on. It aint a total blind religion, people seem to think we should have had everything all figured out before they turned up. Any, nice one for pionting this out for a change

Will you ever make a video on tres-2b, or is there not enough stuff to talk about it, or just not interested? Just a curious question

Awesome video! Great work!!!

Nice content, subscribed!

Colonisation of Titan would be great if you could pull it off, but tricky af

@Kyplanet893 niiiice

@Kyplanet893 yeah that’s true

@Kyplanet893 asteroids have a higher mineral density than the moon. Last I checked, the only thing of value on the moon was helium 3. You need a planetary body like the moon and Mars to establish bases/colonies but what is the point? To go back to living in caves? Are people really that desperate to relocate to the moon to work in the 'coal mines'?. I thought society was about automation so that people didn't have to work and could enjoy the great outdoors instead. Space, The Final Frontier, isn't about colonization of space but about the exploration of space. Let's see what's out there. Means let's go enjoy what other civilizations have created. But then the next generation came along and it became 'Make it so". Meaning there is nothing out there to explore and one must make it themselves for others to explore/enjoy. Are we the pyramid builders or the tourists?
1
@Kyplanet893 somebody has to maintain the equipment. And no, there are no valuable resources on the moon or Mars that would make mining worth it. There are plenty of people that want to get off this rock because socialist are destroying it. The moon and Mars are the next safe havens to get away to. To start fresh. You will need people to oversee the mining operation, people to support the miners, next thing you know, full fledged mining town depending on the riches. You are sadly mistaken if think you can establish a mine site strictly using robots.

Nice

We aren’t going to see something like this for thousands if not millions of years?? Doesn’t that mean this explanation is very unlikely?

Bravo!

So cool

@Kyplanet893 I had this thing where all my sub's told me to make long vids but my shorts were the only Ines that got successful. I'll probably make vids again after I'm re employed

One day uranus will lose all its gas 😶🌫️

Underrated vid

can't believe marinara is an accent now

Nice

🗿👍 it’s not bad lol

Nah, I think we will see these events far more often when the tech improves.

It may be that in the future, the Moon is the most populated settled astronomical body (with obvious exception to Earth). Mars is the only viable candidate for settling in our Solar System, but the issue with it is the same with Earth - gravity, meaning mining is pointless and what can be done on Mars, can better be done in Space (save for tourism). Kuiper Belt asteroids have easily accessible resources, no need to mine deep for rare metals and the like. Space allows zero-g, rustless environments to conduct science, and manufacture both advanced materials and simple ones. Why launch a rocket full of factory-made chairs from Mars, when you could instead do it even cheaper in Space? Anyways, it’d be interesting to see how it turns out.

Nor only Saturn ! Glad you are guving us > knowledge !! ☺️😊👏👏🙏

Saturn after hearing this:SCORE BOARD, SCORE BOARD

seriously can't wait for the next in the colonization of the solar system series
1
You could go really far with this and make a warhammer 40k esque future of humanity after heing left on all these seperate planets for thousands of years
1
PSR J0337+1715 (AB) b my beloved
1
Gonna save this video because you deadass say everything I have argued against pro-Mars guys for years now why the Moon & cislunar space, not Mars is the true future of mankind. This is by far the most well put together video I have ever seen on why we need to focus on the Moon. Really, if we get the Moon figured out, the rest of the solar system is going to become fair game shortly after.
1
So basically it's a rouge planet
1
J1407B could still have rings just not as big as we originally thought
1
@Kyplanet893 Yes, I know that's what the video is about. There is still a lot we don't know. For all we know J1740B is a rouge planet with rings. I was just saying that the size we originally thought the rings were could be wrong.
1
@Kyplanet893 Ok, you are right about that. We can't just say that J1047B is something when we have so little information on it, and before you say that you were just saying that it possibly could be a brown dwarf. If it was than the rings which are proven to be a thing wouldn't exist if I'm correct, but who knows I'm writing this very late at night so my brain is kinda fried so maybe I'm speaking nonsense right now.
1
@Kyplanet893 yeah it shouldn't but I've decided that it's exactly what happened I mean things will sometimes just vanish or appear out of thin air without any evidence they existed prior to their appearance or disappearance

Nice video

excellent video :) where can i read more about this please?
1
Maybe it was a freak occurrence of it's moons also happing to be between us and the star.
