She's a keeper. Love it when my wife and kids are involved. Helping running my backpack highbanker my 7 year old daughter said "We need a bigger sluice" that's my girl! Keep it up you two.

I've been waiting patiently for weeks for this video. Your videos are so much fun. You make my day every time you put a video out.
35
Jeff reminds me of a mad scientist with a beautiful assistant.
35
The video is being uploaded so we know jeff didn't get murdered by the ghosts.
35
"Soak it in water for ten minutes and pop it in your mouth." PFFFH... I'm not falling for that one AGAIN Jeff. 😒
35
Keep up the Great Work! There are so many people who follow you and hang on your every word, it's obvious to me, the both of you are making a positive impact and difference in the lives of those that watch your videos! This makes you one of the best top five best teachers on this site, in my opinion!
35
Good to see Slim back with ya Jeff!
35
Jeff, I love that you explain the Geology of things. It really helps to understand how and where gold forms. Thanks a lot man! I love your videos!

Jeff that reminds me of a little story. Once I was on a jobsite and some kids were jackhammering the remains of an old concrete utilidor to make way for the new one under construction. It is a noisy job. After a bit I hear no noise. I look over, they got the jackhammer stuck in the concrete. So they go get another hammer which also got stuck. A bit later I hear more jackhammering and then silence again. These 2 kids had 3 jackhammers stuck in the same spot. They were just staring at what they'd done. So I just had to yell "whats the matter boys, all out of jackhammers?" I wish you could have seen their faces. Love your channel, keep up the good work.

“Gly”: Thanks allot Jeff, I really appreciate that. I’ll put an update video together when I get back from the doctors in a few weeks. Take care buddy!

Back when I was in 6th Grade (I am now 67) the science teacher brought out a glass gar with Mercury in it, we each got to hold the Mercury without the jar ( to feel the weight of it). Well, I am here to say, I am still alive. It gets me the way they talk about Mercury these days.
34
Its about taking advantage during a crisis . only the really evil do that. love your videos keep em coming.

Glad you made it back out!!! 👀 I hope you never lose your sense of wonder. Your knowledge and enthusiasm make you such an engaging teacher. You and your wife make such a great team. ❤️
34
Giving your 2.9 Grammer to an attendant who didn't find anything is awesome. You're a good guy, Jeff!
34
As a 16 year survivor of stage 4 inoperable head and neck cancer, I approve this message.
34
So sorry to hear this Jeff. Your father sounds like an amazing person that has served you well to become the person you are today. Love from Ireland.

For everyone’s information on what is happening here, there is a bag of “energetic mixture” tied to the end of a sledgehammer. Due to the impact sensitivity of a stoichiometric mixture of potassium chlorate (the oxidizer) and sulfur (the fuel), it easily detonates from the impact. I forgot which country does this but if I recall it is for some sort of festival. Nonetheless these guys have balls, I would recommend to never play with this stuff lol.
34
Jeff, since these ancient riverbeds go back to the Cretaceous and Pre-Cambrian times, do you find many fossils as you are mining?
34
I'm claustrophobic and that was giving me some serious anxiety!!
34
Nearly broke my finger I clicked so quick.
34
I think this guy is nothing short of a miracle I’ve learned so much from Jeff and am so grateful I wouldn’t of been able to find half the info I learned from him in a fun digestible manner this guys a hero in my book!
34
Best way to start the day is with JEFF and his wife, C;mon, let's go!
34
Great skeleton running through at 6 31. Your funny Jeff!
34
Remember, in a gold rush, you want to be the guy selling the pickaxes.
34
Awh I thought you were gonna put that thing in hard rock! Watch next weekend you come back BLM will have a cage over it lol. Great video Jeff love your stuff brother. 💪
34
WTF ? Sending secret messages ?
34
You're a lucky man your wife is a true trooper. To work with you like she does and to go down in the mine shaft absolutely incredible woman. She's your best gold find ever.
34
Jeff, this video really showed what it's like to explore a mine. Whether it was us down at the bottom or Chris up above, this video was the real deal. Dirty, sketchy, and exhausting! Time for more!!
34
The tube fossils look like they could be Crinoid stem fossils. They made up most of the reefs of the ocean that covered there during the Mesozoic period.
34
Dude 1: “Jeff lost 75,000 followers this week!” Dude 2: “How?”. Dude 1: “They done tasered themselves to an early grave...”
33
You and Slim branching out from exploration to TV Drama?
33
I am honestly starting to think you gold guys are just having a huge laugh at our expense. I've never found even the tiniest speck, in any creek, in any black sand river outlet, on any inside bend, under any waterfall. And I live 10 miles as the crow flies from old gold mines.
33
Good video looks like fun...I have seen rocks come down slow on an inclined shaft! I would recommend using an auto locking descender if you get hit by a rock with a rack and you let go of the rack it is game over. An old timer once told me he fell off a 100 foot ladder but wasn't injured. I asked how that was possible, he told me he was standing on the bottom rung when he fell!
33
Sorry for your loss. I’m glad you and him had such a good life together.
33
As a person who builds stuff I find it disgusting when I see people destroy stuff for no other reason than selfish gratification.
33
I’m thinking there isn’t enough water to pump I reckon it will just stay in the check valve until there’s enough to fill the pipe I still think you should drill a well right there so you have plenty of water for your operation and with the amount your getting in those sluice runs i as a Patreon wouldn’t mind you using some of that to pay for the well drilling looks like the sump should work though and if you don’t get enough water drive a pipe in there about 6 feet and winch it back out to open a “straw” to get more water this is all speculation of course and you did ok in my opinion thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
33
This looks SO FUN. I bought a metal detector because of your videos. LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!!!
33
Never a dull moment! Very well put together video Jeff! Excellent information and saved in its own video folder for reference, all the best Jeff and team!! No posers here..🇺🇸🐾🐾
33
Yeah I have to say Jeff, the sense of excitement and discovery being alongside you in the development of your drift mine is exciting enough, let alone these moments of striking upon decent sign, here's to hoping for the motherlode . Three ton! That's some serious density, serious hard Yakka. Looking forward to the next episode already, cheers. All the best from here on the West Coast side of Australia, ok, I'm saddled up and ready to go,, top stuff 👍
33
Roy would be doing the Gold Fever jig right about now, really wish he was still with us to see and feel it in person, but he now has the best vantage point ever, he sure as heck is smiling down upon you guys. That was brilliant Jeff, persistence and determination pointed you in the right direction buddy. Merry Christmas to you, Lila, Nevada Jack and the rest of your family. Stay safe and enjoy the holidays mate, and I look forward to another year of mine working and explorations with every video you release. Take care mate.
33
What a trouper of a cameralady she is! Youre the energizer jackrabbit and still, she gets great shots!

Turn lead into silver..the 0nly real way is the old fashioned train robbery. :)

33
I dug a secret tunnel once, It wasnt deep enough and I didnt know Ft Knox had that much concrete underground .
32
You know what I’m gonna say, boy… so come on, let’s go! I’m ready to get back at it!
32
Watching you look for gold has given me gold fever. Yeah. I bought a metal detector from a pawn shop. Went out to the backyard with a pie pan and garden hose to find gold. LOL... GONNA GET WET! My house was built on a dried up ancient creek bed. Rocks everywhere. So I am going to 😢 dig it up.😂❤🎉
