I guess first I will watch video lecture and then challenge myself to finish that chapter in just 30 minutes and then rest for 5 minutes and then after doing this with all chapters at night for active recall I will do a model paper and since you mentioned the 80-20 rule I will only focus on the main questions bcs i have been already understood the chapter during the lecture and then sleep like a pig

I combined all of the aboves tips 1.analyze pyps for 80:20 rule 2.creatibg 45min deadline for some topic 3.blurting and active recalling 4.finding gaps and explaining through feynmen technique 5.when feel to give up and scroll just do some pushups Its works best for me !!
