Oh, hey, yet another one of my favourite content creators is neurodivergent? :D Jokes aside: Thank you for talking about mental health, sharing a bit of your story, and raising awareness and money for this important topic! You're awesome! :)
19
You have me on the edge of my seat with these videos. This is so interesting, I can't wait for the next one, what a cliffhanger!
18
@AnotherRoof Ah! Haven’t watched that one- might have to. And, yeah, I completely agree.
17
Man, your videos are fascinating! As someone who loves math but doesn't really know where to go to learn more, this is an amazing resource. Thank you for making this
15
This was perhaps the most amazing mathematical journey that I’ve been through. Even though it seems so completely unhinged. Coming from an engineering background and only now diving into “real” mathematics the existence of such objects amaze me. And the way you explained and motivated all (and your clear passion) made it that much more special. Can’t wait for part two. Thank you Alex
15
Definitely gave me a clearer perspective on why implication works the way it does. Thank you!
14
First, you are the best, I really understand how set theory defines numbers now. I read Godel, Etcher, Bach, but I really didn't get the proof until you explained it. Your reference to "Pigs On The Wing", that is golden! Please keep making these!

This is a brilliant and priceless math lesson, I don’t know where else besides YouTube I could find this kind of content. The algorithm cannot reward this video enough.
12
1:23 minutes in an my mind is already blown
11
Looking forward to the stream. This sounds like an awesome idea, hoping I'll be able to try solving them alongside you.

Another perfect video! Congratulations!

26:50 I believe that the loss should be around 41-42% rather than 59%. If you take the profit of -0.84 and divide by the amount put in ($2), you get 0.84/2 = 0.42. I think you used the EV to calculate the profit rather than the complement from $2. This seems more in line with 24:00 where the money spent is 20, the EV is 14, and the profit is -6. The loss is calculated as positive of EV / money spent.

I love these videos. Another Roof is my favorite new(ish) math channel.

Thanks for the very engaging and interesting video! I very much like your style and delivery, and exceptional quality. Very much looking forward to your videos in 2024! Happy New Year!

I've always loved educational videos, but this gets me some different levels of joy. I'm actually having popcorns right now while watching. Thanks so much for this series of videos!!
9
It's a cool video!!! Im hoping to see other topics in your channel cuase you explain so well but I enjoyed this one as well!
9
This is a very good video especially for such a small channel
9
Can't wait to watch this with everyone later!
9
Another typo at 12:12 unless you have some sort of hydra coin :D

Hey. YouTube suggested your video and i really enjoyed it. You explain things very well and the creative use of props and the well timed funny quips were great. I hope you keep at it. YouTube success is a mystery but you certainly have a very interesting presentation style to attract people. How many times when you are learning something you think .. man how many cakes did this guy buy 😂
9
You've like immediately became one of my favorite channels, looking forward to your future work!
9
Love it Another Roof. Every video has been an absolute banger. Sincerely, thank you.

yeah, my adhd is a real bastard. my dad has anxiety and used to be depressed but he's a lot better now because he got a less crappy job. thanks for opening up! the more ppl talk about it the more ppl will realize that having a mental problem is no different from having a digestive problem or a heart condition or something. it's normal. also, your videos are really interesting and cool, thanks for making them!
8
I've been so looking forward to this, and you did not disappoint! Thank you for amazing math content that tickles my brain in a very wonderful way.
8
What a great start to what I hope (and think) will be a great series! I applaud you for your streamlined editing, thoughtful comments, and wonderful narration! Keep it up!
8
This is the first time I've seen the coincidences that power families of sporadic groups explained in such an intuitive way thank you so much!
8
"If you've never studied group theory what on earth have you been doing, it's the absolute best!" - Subscribed immediately!
8
It's a fairly common pronunciation in the UK.
8
This Leanback Playlist with in-between narration is such a cool concept, thank you for creating it! And I'm flattered that you included my Fourier video ;)
8
Your videos are so unique. I’m so grateful you popped up in my recommended a few months ago, and have watched everyone through since. :)
7
29:28 more like Gausskeeping
7
Love me some numbers.
7
What a great video. Thank you. I'm an historian before a mathematician, but you set the context beautifully and even I was able to spot the significance of setting a=0. Goosebumps stuff!
7
holy shit this is insanely well made
7
Currently dealing with depression, and have been diagnosed with adhd as a child. I'm incredibly lucky to have been diagnosed with both early on! Hope I'll be able to catch the stream (:

My wife is normally reluctant to watch maths videos but she loved watching you even though it’s 4am here in Portugal. Tomorrow we may need to go over the border to get a ticket! 🎟️
6
Commenting for the Algorithm and also to say that this was a blast of a video, love them crunchy combinatorics
6
I absolutely love, love, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this channel. Manim is fantastic, and I love the animations people make with along with of course 3b1b's videos, but your unique physical style is so playful. Your humor is charming, and you really embrace the exploratory and fun of entering higher math. Great content, and I'm so happy you make these videos! <3
6
You’ve becoming my favorite math channel. Incredible work, these videos are amazing!
6
literally one of the best math youtubers out there i can literally watch an entire one of your hour long videos so easily.
6
This is literally the best video i have ever watched. Please keep on making beautiful content like this!

27:38 this amount of trig was genuinely the most frightening thing I saw this halloween. This was really cool though, I'm kind of suprised I had never heard of "the witch" or this equivalence (or if I have ive supressed that memory out of fear).
5
8:26 "...8th fracture..." 28:55 "Ow" Hmm, I wonder why?
5
More videos as soon as possible, please. Yours are the most watchable on YouTube! 😃
5
Great video! My favourite so far I think.
5
I absolutely LOVE your content. Thank you so much for making these videos. 😊
4
@AnotherRoof it's also my favorite area of mathematics, and I am REALLY enjoying your videos and style and just everything, hence my yearning for the topic. Whenever you do get to it, I'm sure it will be fantastic. Thanks again!
4
Yes, AnotherRoof, I will come with you on this journey.
4
What a great idea! I'll try to drop by and watch some of it. Good luck :)
4
You earned a subscriber. I was on the edge of my seat the entire video, hooked onto every single word, and I hated the cliffhanger, but you can be sure I'll be back. I love this. MORE!
