Stay away from people who have crushing debts, trouble with the law, domestic problems, mental problems or materialistic show offs. You don't need them, trust me.

  37. FELLAS!!! Get a trade! Get licensed for something and do that work! At 28 I became a licensed independent property adjuster for $450 and a 4 day online class! In a matter of MONTHS I started making 18K a month. Me and my wife are now looking for a house for me and my 1 month old in this crazy economy. I went to college for 3 years, got in debt, and dropped out cause I realized it was a waste of time for me. I wish I knew about my field or other fields that only require a license and a little education to get started to make far more than you’ll ever make going to college.
