  10. It is competition against ones self. We all know what we do wrong, the crap we put in our bodies, the lack of exercise. I love to read but am so recently divorced after 23 years that I can't seem to stay focused on a book, so I have audible, I am hoping to get my concentration back so I will work hard on this one. I already spend a lot of time in the gym. And the last thing I want is another woman.

  16. Been a Teamster truck driver for 27 years.. the average truck driver don’t even make half what I do…. That’s not even getting into my free insurance, pension, 8 weeks paid vacation a year ect ect. But you can’t convince the people that are under corporate control to believe it, or even want it if they do 😂 And you’re 100% right about the jealousy of union workers. I’ve noticed over time that’s usually why we catch hate and envy.

I just recruited my best friend from high school to they gym by literally just saying, "Girl you big" and she just cried and said "Ik, sis help me" And now we go to the gym together 3x a week 🥳👏🏽 And I’m about to add my cousin too, bc she claimed she wants to get down to 150, but she’s 4’11", so I’ll be aiming for about 125 for her (130, if she wants a toned look) 💪🏽

  18. It wasn't entirely misspoke, unless M1 and M2 increases, rate cuts don't do anything. It depends a lot on who is benefiting from these rate cuts, if Warren Buffet gets the money and parks it in treasuries without spending it into real economy where velocity of money happens, the excess cash doesn't do anything. People spend money when they have money in their checking accounts, but it's certainly true that if they do get money they won't spend it if they fear losing their jobs or foresee future financial insecurity for themselves.

Trad Man here - First child at 19, first mortgage at 22, 4th child at 31, Engineering degree at 30, first grandchild at 38, (11 grandkids now), first great grandchild due this May, same wife for 38 years (55 kg, still attractive), we still go to church together and are raising 2 grandkids - my key was to give up drinking parties dope and video games by 18.

  33. I'm a gamer (almost 20 years, started at 18) I can tell you now what Bo says is true. I started "touching grass" for me it was working out to get rid of my fat ass and see below my stomach. The first year, no video games at all. I met my goal 300 lbs down to 200 lbs, then used my GI Bill to jump to a better paying job, from there married a Fillipino and we are working together to become self sufficient. It started simple for me I didn't allow myself Mountain Dew. That was my first step, that's it. All other sodas were okay until month two when I limited myself to fruit sodas (Fanta et al.)

  41. Guys - this will be the last time I say this: Do not go thru an agency. Do not simply go some place far away for two weeks, attend a social, and then bring her back to your country to live. To do this right, and for many reasons, you need to expatriate - and make a new and real life somewhere else. Then you will meet foreign women organically and naturally. She will take you seriously as you are already a 'permanent' part of her society. And you do NOT bring her back to America to live.
