  11. Bo, with the new set you need a back light (Set high and behind you--sometimes referred to as a hair light) to separate yourself from the dark background, or try wearing a different colored jacket. I think the t-shirt with jacket look, works best.

  21. I’m starting Intermittent Fasting again. I been working out for 45 minutes daily and burning 1000 calories from work (600 calls) and working out (400cal). I’m at 225 pounds as of today and hopefully I can reach my 180 pounds by April.

Do you guys think that it's not necessarily the meat but it's how it's processed as well? for example, if you knew were an animal was raised, what it ate , that it was allowed to free roam and the meat etc vs some cattle or cows pumped full of hormones and antibiotics and used for milk and meat which is what is mostly in grocery stores? I did research on fruit and 'they' have genetically modified frutis to be sweeter with higher sugar which also is bad. its crazy how hard it is to eat clean today. our ancestors were leaner because nothing was processed, everything was slaughterd then killed or had simple ingredients. they didn't fry anything either.

  43. Not gonna lie this isn't a bad deal. If the private group is going to be more refined and like the activity I saw when I joined the server I wouldn't mind paying for it. I said a few times in the discord but the server was more effective than me seeing a therapist that ran me about 110-120 an hour. For the price of one therapy session I can be part of a community that actively builds each other up and gets straight to the point when it comes to self improvement.
