The video titled "Men Are Healing From Dating In The West When Going Overseas" discusses the experiences of men who find dating overseas to be more fulfilling compared to the West. Key takeaways from the video include:
1. **Positive Female Behavior Overseas**: Women in many overseas countries are described as more considerate, grateful, feminine, and friendly. They show equal effort in dating, dress well, and appreciate men’s time and gestures, unlike the perceived transactional nature of Western dating.
2. **Healthy Family Structures**: Many women overseas come from stable family backgrounds with present father figures, which reportedly leads to healthier psychological expectations from relationships. In contrast, the absence of father figures in the West is seen as leading to psychological issues and unhealthy relationship dynamics.
3. **Effort and Interest Valued**: In overseas cultures, men showing effort and interest in women is viewed positively and not as being "thirsty" or "too interested." Traditional courting behaviors, such as bringing flowers and planning thoughtful dates, are appreciated and seen as indicators of a serious relationship potential.
4. **Domestic Skills and Gender Roles**: Women in these cultures often value domestic skills such as cooking and cleaning, viewing them as essential for maintaining relationships. This contrasts with some Western women who might proudly lack these skills, emphasizing independence in a way that can repel traditionally masculine men.
5. **Economic Benefits**: Dating overseas is portrayed as more affordable, with lower costs for dates and living expenses. Men can have high-quality dining experiences at a fraction of the cost compared to the West, benefiting from their relatively higher American salaries.
6. **Cultural and Economic Realities**: The video suggests that the Western dating market is influenced by high living costs and a focus on materialism, leading to financially draining dating experiences. In contrast, overseas cultures often have more pragmatic and humble approaches to dating and relationships.
7. **Recommendation for Men**: The speaker encourages men to consider dating overseas and traveling to experience different cultural dynamics, which can offer more rewarding and less complicated relationships.
The overall message is that men may find more fulfilling and traditional relationship experiences by dating overseas, where cultural expectations align more closely with traditional gender roles and where economic factors make dating more accessible and enjoyable.

I remember seeing several interviews with WWII veterans or their wives or kids. Many of their wives and kids never once heard any of them talk about the war. But later, seeing war movies or documentaries or reading books on WWII. Their families understood that their husbands or fathers felt they were sparing them the horror of what they witnessed. One veteran said "Of course I never talked about the war with my wife or kids. Do you think I wanted them to know how many men I shot dead? Or how many I stabbed to death? Or how many I killed with my bare hands? They'd have never looked at me the same way again."
Vera Leckie, the widow of Robert Leckie, who was portrayed in the HBO miniseries "The Pacific." Said that her husband, spent decades after the war waking up screaming in the middle of the night, due to nightmares from the battles that he was in. Whenever she'd ask him about it, he'd just say "It's nothing, go back to sleep." She knew that he was trying to not burden her with the things he saw and did over there. Instead carrying those horrors inside himself, so she wouldn't have to know what he went through. Those men felt that part of being a man, meant that you carry your burdens silently and not put them on the people that you love. To them, that was part of being a man and protecting your family.

Food is incredibly important. My brother ate processed foods, sugars and overall had low calorie intake. I started working out and eating animal based diet, calorie surplus and I am like 3 inches taller and way stronger than him. As a kid I ate a lot of candy, nutella with white bread, cereal and I think that window of lack of protein made me shorter than I could have been, because I am still a bit shorter than my father.
Your channel motivated me to workout 4 times, lift heavy(used to do calisthenics), to start eating healthy, local raised meat, eggs, milk, nuts. To get back to med school. Overall - to get my lazy ass out of bed.
You thought me to sacrifice my momentary pleasures for better future, so I can become a respected father one day. Keep it up.
