I remember having those big friend groups and a couple of close male friends. I remember people just getting together to do nothing other than socialize. That's where you would meet even more people, sometimes someone to date. People don't do that anymore. People don't party anymore. Remember house parties? Now everyone just stares at their phones. Hell, my job even requires me to have a smartphone. I did not get my first cellphone until 2008. I saw the danger to social society they would create when text messaging became a thing. The art of communication has been lost to texting. Get out in nature! That's the best advice. Sit by a lake. Listen to the birds. Smell the air. Study the wildlife around you. Reconnect every now and then even if it's just one day out of the week. By the way, where's Sophie?

If they follow your advice and vote with their feet and start living full time like this dude being interviewed in the end, then they don't need your content anymore, and you know that.   36. As Camille says, what we've really lost in the current age is that village level society that was self supporting of all ages and both sexes. It wasn't just your immediate family, you were born into a larger social inclusive social setting. Saw it myself in remote clan villages in Africa back in the 60's. Extremely poor, beyond anything any modern person could imagine, but happy well balanced kids everywhere and people content with their lot. Variant's still existed in America up until about 1960, now all long gone along with the rural towns and even big city ethnic neighborhoods that lived that way. All replaced now with big brother government programs managed by 'xperts' that were supposed to improve things but have had the exact opposite effect.

  38. I definitely started lifting weights and working out to look better so I could get women. Now, I do it because it's the only thing that I've found that actually normalizes my mood and helps with my anxiety and depression. It works. I used to be over 230 pounds. Through diet and exercise I have lost over 60 pounds. I feel so much better about myself since I started working out. It is hard, and I don't want to do that first set of pushups in the morning, but I do it and always feel better.

I took your advice 2 years ago, I do 30 minutes of cardio every morning and then in the evenings I lift weights. You said to stop playing video games and to read books. For the last 2 years I've been reading books about technical analysis of the financial markets.   49. Man i dont know if you ever read this, but i just want to say thank you. Today i was at the gym for the second time and it was great, met some real people and there is a very good trainer that understands what its like to be from the streets and he took me under his wing from the first moment and he shows me how to get fit. I was a blackpilled doomer almost my entire life, but about a year ago at 27 i started watching this channel and the many hard and uncomfortable realizations that came from it helped me get on a upwards spiral for the first time in my life. I managed to get an apprenticeship as a programmer which im doing well at and enjoy, almost done with the first of 4 years with good grades. I stopped with so many bad things i did, no more eating trash, no more blaming others, and especally no more excuses. Now im planning my exodus from the west to build up a legacy in another country, and i sleep and feel good for the first time in a very long time. I cant donate for now, but i hope you keep doing this, you are like a big brother setting my head straight, which i never had, thanks for real.
