  26. My company is still hiring aggressively even with the coronavirus outbreak. Some sectors are relatively untouched right now and are even thriving. Finding companies that are relatively unaffected by the the lock downs is key!

  28. For a title company in a big city and we are extremely slow. We typically get a lot of business and the company has refused to market for years because they didn't need to. They have not marketed since they opened the company. But now we are starting to market to agents. It's very concerning. I personally have about 15 closings that I'm working on right now. We typically have at least 40 a person.

But that's not true. You just need to play around those institutions. Everyone can build long term wealth in the markets with the right strategy and discipline.

I bought my first investment property during the pandemic and now it's value increased $100k in 2 years.   49. I've always said you'll never get rich working tons of overtime. Life is too short spend time with your family. Family is a better investment than giving your time to bosses that don't care. Remember you're just a number to these companies. Don't believe me look at your paycheck and see what employee number you are. Thanks, Jaspreet.
