For those who posted how food shortage is absurd, Jaspreet didn’t come up with this theory, if you paid attention he played a clip of President Biden stating as President of the United States that the US will be facing food shortages. Therefore if a President takes a stand and announces a food shortage I can appreciate Jaspreet reiterating and bringing to our attention what was already stated. If you don’t care to prepare, that’s wonderful, because it’s your choice. I appreciate this post and have prepared, because I covet my tushy, stock up on items i will use anyway but beat the high inflation prices. Hmmm believe it or not that is an investment strategy Jaspreet posted. It’s called buy low sell high. I’m buying rice beans barley flour wheat at low prices. Thanks Jaspreet, you’re saving me a bundle so I can take that money I saved and invest in silver gold or lithium!! Sounds like a win win to me.

  28. Coming from a Nyer. He's soooooo right!!! A lot of contracts aren't going to be renewed. There was already Daily rent spaces/sublease. Now there's nothing at all. Cleaners/Engineers etc are going to lose some hours. The skyscrapers will turn into residential in some cases. Unfortunately I have to work in the field 80%. Restaurants...ugh. Winter is coming so outside eating is gonna be gone. Hotels are shelters now. We work is great. (No endorsement) All the sweet amenities and even free popcorn lol. If you need to interview or just have a lunch meeting. We work is great. NYC will never be the same. It will adapt as always.

You don’t lose or make money until you sell……..so when a crash comes, why would you sell when that number is the LOWEST?? It’s just going to come back in a short period of time, according to history.
