  20. The first things I look at is: dividend payout ratio (45 - 60) and, how often is the dividend the increased (yearly), how much was it increased (%), how consistent the dividend has been increased (I look for gaps in payouts or dividend cuts). I search payout ratio and dIvidend history FIRST!.
