Just cancelled the deal on my first dream car today itself. Thank you now for my condition of 40 years later
32
Thank you Jaspreet... Me and my 10 year old son watch you together and discuss your content. You are his financial teacher. He made his own 50/30/20 chart 🤣 Thanks buddy...👍
32
early birds getting a wealth of information! great work Jaspreet! I love your due diligence and making it easy for us to understand these complex situations!
32
What the hell are you talking about jaspreet? Of course it's the beard products you use that has an effect on the money you earn! Just look at your beard. It's the source of all your wealth! You can't hide your secret from us!
32
Who’s buying their first investment property this year?! 💰💰💰
32
Thank you jaspreet ive been following you for years now and we need you now more than ever!!!

I love the mustache,such a staple 😂
32
For years I thought whole life insurance was the way to go. Luckily once you know better.... you can do better. I now have a 30 year term life insurance policy. 😁
32
A lot of these people would benefit greatly by reading some books by Jack Bogle.
32
I brew my own, use a reusable filter, have a good thermos so it stays hot/ iced longer and buy my coffee in bulk. I also never drink more than 16oz of coffee past noon because it makes me more anxious. Monthly bill: $7.57 and that includes initial investment on equipment. Its ALL MINDSET.
32
Great value's to have in a religion, keep up the great work!
32
Just like you mentioned, the key is to constantly save to invest and then reinvest the earnings from your initial investments. Most people today save to spend on things that won't produce any income leaving them in a constant rat race to pay their bills by working a 9 to 5
32
Love this! I laughed a little too hard when i heard "don't go buying a Gucci bag to support the Economy" 🤣🤣
32
You’re saving lives out here
32
Jaspreet, the value you add in each video is crazy & I'm glad it's available to everyone for free. Thanks for sharing such content.
32
This video couldn’t have came at a better time, Mindset is everything!
32
Aren't credit cards a big problem too? Since money is easily available companies know you will buy products or services no matter what price it is since you can just borrow money you don't have. The same way college got more expensive after government loans came into effect.
32
Buying a home can feel very daunting for first time buyers Great video 🙌🏾😁
32
Easily the best financial education on YouTube! Thank you Jaspreet.
32
Let’s fill our minds with education especially with channels like this one!
32
You’re always spot on man. I was just searching for videos this morning on investing my first 100k and you deliver. Also it was great seeing you on the iced coffee hour. Long time fan. Keep up the great work.
32
dividends make up about half of the returns in the stock market over time! They're awesome and you do NOTHING!
32
Yo jahspreet or jahspreets media team, I love the news! It’s awesome when a “ random guy on YouTube” is more legit news than FOX or CNN right now. I’m from Michigan to brother and much love n best wishes to you all. Keep up the great work !
32
Jaspreet has given me the financial education I never knew existed. Thank you, sir!
32
I like Not so Nice Jaspreet 50, Nice Jaspreet 30, and Remaining Jaspreet 20!
32
God I wish lectures like this were given at public schools growing up and at our colleges and universities. Myself and so many others I know would have done things way differently growing up and through early adulthood. Investing now but those years wasted... Rip.
32
Warren Buffett is a great investor. I use his "Buy and hold" strategy. Nice video 👍🏻
32
I love your energy. That's why I smashed the like button
32
I remember back at the end of 2019, you mention something has to or will tank the market either first or second quarter of 2020, and it did, it was pandemic. You follow history very well.
32
I read the book Rich dad poor dad and it’s stated that houses aren’t assets but liabilities because you’re not getting any cashflow but paying a mortgage bill every month which is draining your bank account every month.
32
Great content, keep it up!!
32
It’s really sad that a lot of people think of wealthy people as bad and greedy, a perfect example of this would be the movie Titanic where they make them seem like the huge jerks. Not all wealthy people are like that there’s plenty of poor people who are evil as well. 🤔 Like you said Jasparet money just amplifies who you are at the end of the day.
32
Favourite part “I drew a new line”
32
Being frugal can pay off millions later on. Even the weathiest are spend thrifts. 😉
32
Go the extra mile in job interviews and in life 😄😄

As a student i struggle financially, im overwhelmed with student loans. It seems like i just can't save properly. But ever since i've discovered your channel im slowly saving up. Thanks to your 5 rule and other tips, im slowly doing way better. I eat out less, And i realized brand names dont really mean anything i mean what was i thinking !??? Buying a 50$ white t shirt when i literally could buy the same for 5$ without the logo. Thanks again dude, i wish you all the best !! You really helped me, i was in extreme denial about my spending habits. Much love ❤️🇨🇦
31
I've been buying physical silver. I was fortunate to be able to work from home
31
Jaspreet watched Blue's Clues back in the day too!? My dude! 👊🏾
31
I could see the gig economy blow up as automation takes a bigger foothold.
31
The pandemic has made me realize how much wasteful spending i was doing. I made a budget, joined M1 finance, and watch what exactly i'm spending now. Biggest culprit is eating out at work most days of the week. Ive been lucky to go to work everyday during the pandemic, but with many food places closed for chunks of it, started eating at home, that helped a lot. M1 was a recent thing i started, and i'm on my way, made my first .12 in dividends. ha!
31
I think my favorite part of the channel is when Jaspreet draws his stick figures with moustaches💪🏼
31
You’re definitely right about opportunity cost. You don’t want to spend days researching how to make an extra $100. However, you can have more self destructive hobbies and it can be fun.
31
I think that commercial real estate is in for a rude awakening You have to adjust in these times or... You go out of business
31
I had a client utilize Section 179 and bonus depreciation to write off their Tesla Model X they use 100% for business. We then did a Roth Conversion to cover the difference in the refund. So that 130k we converted will never be taxed again. Especially since taxes are expected to rise drastically in the future.
31
This is actually what I currently do . And it makes a lot of sense
31
I like it when Minority Mindset is my top recommendations. No scrolling. Thx YT
31
This may sound extreme but Minority Mindset quite literally saved my life in terms of finances. I graduated college 3 years ago with ZERO financial knowledge and would always find myself with less money than I would like and living paycheck to paycheck. Finally, one day I just got sick of that lifestyle and stumbled upon this channel and the rest is history. Started living below my means, paying off debt as if it were my sole purpose in life, and on my way to financial freedom. Couldn't thank this channel enough for educating me when it comes to money. KEEP HUSTLIN!
