  36. I love the video, but you should look deeper into NFTs. Your segment on the art part of it was cool, but IBM is protecting it’s patents by creating NFTs of them. There is a lot more to them, they might even be used in deeds or titles for real estate eventually. The biggest part is the Non-Fungible part, which means that you can’t really duplicate or alter it once it’s made.

  46. Number 5 is the best advice in my opinion. I started budgeting better after my first year of employment and found an extra $322 a month from eating out and unnecessary subscriptions. Ended putting half of that toward retirement and the other half toward building up my emergency account.
