  47. EXACTLY!!! THANK U!!! I just ripped Amazon on Trustpilot because they are subtly changing and deteriorating their quality of service whether people notice it or not. I'm sure part of their model is to make money from prime as well, and even that margin may be small. I have cancelled my prime account because they are not delivering on their promises. I've taken my business BACK 2 eBay and Walmart because it is basically the same service free of a membership now that Amazon is diminishing. I'm sure I'm not the first 2 migrate and I won't be the last. They will definitely have 2 find other ways of pulling revenue just as u say, apparently starting with ads. Looks like they're trying to adopt Facebook's business model now. They're walking a very thin line. Once they begin to charge their FBA sellers 2 much in fees, or the service with them begins 2 deteriorate they will lose a lot of power. It's a combination of these sellers and the consumers that is keeping them afloat and they will not be able 2 appease both 4 long!! It's only a matter of time. Good content, Jaspreet. 👍🏼
