You guys are great. Working my way thru your back catalogue.
33
Perfect! Love to see the banter!
33
picture my delight yesterday evening as I set off on a 2 hour 15 minutes drive and saw this posted with a 2 hour 15 minute run time
33
This is my favorite series of episodes from the podcast yet. I only hope you make it a 50 odd part series and include the Napoleonic Era.
32
Are there any barbers on Chatham High Street?
32
Best history podcast! Recommend you to everyone.
32
Tom clearly just popped out of that bed in the background. Brilliant transition. Good for him.
31
I am addicted to this channel!
31
This is excellent, as your work consistently demonstrates.
31
I must write it as a compliment. I've been listening to your podcasts on spotify for years now and I had always imagined you guys as 20-ish-year-old blokes because of the enthusiasm and lack of know-it-all sort of tone. When I saw your only slighly more mature faces here I suddenly understood the source of the depth of knowledge you share. Chapeau bas!

For one brief moment I thought Fred Astaire and Laurence Olivier had taken over The Rest Is History. Then I realised it was just Tom and Dom in posh suits.
31
Mark Felton's excellent channel has just under 2M subscribers. There's such a thirst for history on YT that the potential for this channel to grow is massive. Go big on more graphics and videos clips over narration is my humble advice.

Good to see another episode back on YouTube!
30
These two gentlemen are superb. I thoroughly enjoy listening to them nerd out.
30
I am delighted you are delving into WWI
30
I love you guys, always makes my day when one of these drops.

Throughout this series of podcasts, I have envisioned the people as Brian Blessed, Sian Philips, Patrick Stewart and George Baker. John Hurt, Christopher Biggins, and Derek Jacobi to come. Looking forward to them. Great work, Tom and Dominic.
29
This is the most interesting thing I’ve ever seen in my life
29
It’s wonderful to hear such an in-depth exploration of the politics around MLK from British historians. As an American I think we need the rest of the world’s views to give us better perspective on the issue of race, which is still so unresolved in our politics and culture.
29
I listen to them at least 3 hours a day.
29
Man i love this channel!! Thank you gentlemen brilliant stuff, good lengthy and in depth historical info, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
28
Easily my favourite history show!!
28
Brilliant!!! Loved every minute of this. So well made! The suits looked fantastic, and the expertise was fascinating. What an incredible company! Great spin off. Dominic, you looked so handsome! Tom, elegant as ever 😀
28
Thank you for making history so much more accessible to all!
28
I enjoy all your podcasts, but the episodes on the Little Big Horn had me riveted throughout. What characters! And how you brought them vividly to life. Well done, and very many thanks.
28
Thanks very much to you both. These are terrific.
28
The intro… simply amazing ❤
27
Never been so hyped for worms in my life
27
Un véritable tour de force. Brilliant
27
Thank you so much for this excellent distraction! So well-timed.
27
Absolute brilliant content. I Got recommended by a friend to watch this episode and now you have a devoted fan and subscriber.
26
I am so glad you did this! I have not been able to face this story and will now Hochschilds book. Thanks guys! This is what history should be!
26
I love this presentation of history as a dialogue. So engaging!. Thanks!
26
Needs to be made into a "Death of Stalin" type of movie.
26
this is the best channel ever
26
I'm calling this the Wolf Coat series.
26
North American here. I feel like the 3 of us could sit down for coffee, tea and biscuits of something, and enjoy each others company. I picked up on Dom's Churchill impression right away in another video. I'm amused by 2 Brits talking about someone like US general George Custer. I love the War of 1812 and American Revolution from British perspectives. God save the Knights Who Say Ni.
26
Merry Christmas!
25
I know it's extra work, but I do enjoy video podcasts. Unless I'm walking or driving, then audio only. Cheers boys.
25
My goodness this is so exciting. I am hanging on every word like I did for the Custer series, thank you!
24
No. 1 Tom Holland fan here. Big up Dommie Sanders as well.
24
I've just stumbled upon this channel and have already watched five videos. Very impressed and hope this channel gains the much wider audience that it deserves.
23
What an exciting lesson in history, Dominic and Tom are a true treasure with a well balanced version of the revolution.
23
Absolutely the most entertaining approach to the history of The Little Big Horne battle with the British touch of humor.
22
That joke about the young fella not standing on the deck, but hopping, was brutal. 10/10.
22
Ahh, the highlight of my day
22
I love history ( though I’m not intelligent like yourselves and your listeners ) and I love the topics you cover and how you ( in a non sensational way ) keep us hanging with your series . I get excited when I see a new episode released .
22
I typically laugh as much as I learn watching you lads, but that opening was something else. Outstanding.
21
LOVE the video format.
21
This might be my favourite series yet. Thank you!
