  10. This channel's work is getting better and better by the video, I was amazed by the sleek animations at the beginning. Take care to make your voice more homogeneous throughout the video, there were some spikes here and there.   13. As a Russian, I really want to make many notes about this, but I just want to note at 2:24 that Ukrainian population in 2021 is not 43 millions. At the World Bank's page that the video refers to, there is no significant population losses for Ukraine in 2013-2014, which have to be. Only Crimea has population around 2.5 million men, and DPR and LPR also have population of <4 million. So, Ukrainian population must be significantly lower. There may be some arguments that "it's actually Ukrainian, your referendums are fake and illegal" etc., but if these 6 million people have Russian passport, obey Russian laws, pay taxes to Russian budget, speak Russian language, if some of them are serving in Russian army, if their homes have risk of being destroyed by Ukrainian weapons, they are probably part of Russian population, not Ukrainian one. Or they need to be counted separately at least. Pretty much the same for Kherson and Zaporozhie regions btw.

Your style is pretty similar to "fern" but they switched to storytelling. So by staying with abstract concepts, you differentiate yourself. For me, as a subscriber of both channels, this would be a reason to continue watching your channel even if "fern" has an even higher production value. All the best!

  22. Just some info, protein is made of amino acids, depending on what amino acids are present in the food and in your body, protein can be used. While some vegetables or other vegan products are good sources of "protein," it gives you a lot of certain amino acids. That said, you need all of the amino acid types to make muscle or really use them in productive ways. Meat and dairy are better sources for all of them, but vegan protein and milk pair fairly well. Veganism may be cheaper per gram of protein but not per gram of actionable protein. Tldr protein isn't all created equal, vegan protein isn't the same as meat/dairy protein.

The only thing lacking is listing the russians who fled the country with their wealth and their demographics (mostly young men with assets). I've heard numbers over a million. That's about 1/8th of the russian men in the 18 to 28 age bracket.
