The first thing I do each morning when I wake up is to log in to the Zoe app after I have realised the pandemic is real and not a bad dream. Unfortunately we are all living the nightmare everyday. I urge everyone to listen to BBC 5 Live interview with Prof Hugh Montgomery. "People without masks have blood on their hands." He is absolutely right.   6. I used to teach Sociology of Science as a belief system. Nutritional science was a gift as an example Kuhn’s theory of paradigm shifts and scientific revolutions. So many nutritional theories around looking for the dominant position, but gut health is the one I’m really interested in because I have Crohn’s disease which, I’m proud to say, I’ve managed for over 40 years with diet so I’m extremely lucky not to have had to take steroids. I love listening to a podcast while I’m working so will look out for it. Thanks. 👏🏻

  13. The one video i was looking forward! I wish i could have been selected for the USA study because my doctors didn't even think about my hormonal changes . Of course I am clueless about what to expect but I recently came to conclusion that my problems/symptoms are perimenopause

  16. It’s for life I’m amazed at the difference I feel, I only wish GPs would get more onboard they have failed me telling me my chronic tiredness is a result of age and RA medication for years. Thank goodness for research and Zoe 🙏🏻🙌❤️onward and upward 🚀

  29. How very disapointing for you all!!😔 I feel extremely disappointed that all your hard scientific work could come to an end. I log my symptoms into zoe everyday & listen to Tim's videos every week as well as the amazing seminars run by the most fantasic scientists. You & John Cambell have kept me sane throughout these extremely trying months & helped me understand & cope with this pandemic. I will definately keep using Zoe without a doubt. Thank you for all you do. I have learnt so much as a lay person. Good luck!!

  32. Some great insights in this video and in particular the studies discussed. With the spotlight on public health at the moment. Personalisation is key, every individual is biochemically unique and they should listen to their bodies and adapt and biohack accordingly. I really like how Dr Gardner talks about food in a positive and joyful way - this is what food should be - an enjoyable experience - the gut brain axis is important to consider.

  48. Had my 5th jag yesterday. Covid is rising in Scotland, but you wouldn't know from the mainstream press. Nurse told me it was still falling until I corrected him. He was genuinely surprised.
