The results are not surprising to me other than the less hungry part. This is important and impressive work. Hoping that the data will be available for other scientists to conduct secondary analyses..

Very excited for this one, as a savorer and lover of craft, single origin chocolate ππ« Eating smaller quantities (that you really appreciate the complexity of) helps to offset the cost vs mass produced, lower tier chocolates that have too much sugar and fillers. It's an affordable luxury. There's huge overlap with the tasting notes of coffees (I also love coffee). Dark chocolate is a also a great source of minerals like magnesium and trace minerals. 70% cacao is the sweet spot for me, though some people enjoy the higher percentages more (I do only on occasion).

First! Yahoo! (helps the YT algorithm) Thanks for putting the app, out there, a good thing & helpful, too. Love that we can get very recent results.
8
Thank you Tim and the team for all your hard work. Iβm also really interested in learning more and being involved in the other health studies. Keep up the good work! π

great news: #TimHasWit. Yes, do take up his Black Friday special 95% off covid risk with your booster.

Very impressive to know about the foundation of the company. Innovative and trustworthy. I have been very happy to give my data to Zoe. Can not wait to see what the future holds for Zoe and participants.

This is a much improved commentary. More interpretation of the data and less opinion. Thank you for your objectivity.

Thankyou Tim once again for this week's very interesting update not all good news but I think it was expected. But I do like the way you tell it as it is no rubbish as we hear from other places π

When I went vegan three years ago I had to relearn to cook basically and found lots of lovely new recipes. My favourite is chickpea tuna π I like to think I'm healthier now but who knows lol

Tim Spector and JVT deserve a knighthood for their work in this field.

Keep up the excellent research that you are doing and thanks for the amazingly clear updates during the pandemic (and beyond!).

Thanks to you and the whole ZOE team, invaluable and trusted source of information, have a great break and great Christmas. I will be watching the best carry on movie: Carry on logging!

Thank you this has been a beacon of light in these dark times, I report for myself and my hubby and will keep doing so as long as you need me to x

I log daily too. The app is brilliant and itβs nice to make a small contribution to all the work that scientists are doing to keep us safe. Thank you for the consistent information & advice. Happy New Year.
7
Thank you Tim and colleagues for working so hard for us over the past year. I trust your information too as others have commented.
7
Thank you, very much, Zoe team. Greatly appreciated! ππππ
7
Always good info, thanks for doing what you do! π

Wonderful information both. My mother has Parkinsonβs and I am very interested in helping her remain well - I see that nutrition is very important. Very interesting how the heart affects the brain! Fascinating.
7
This 7 min video, has been more informative than ANY I have watched recently. Thanks for sharing.
7
Zoe does offer retesting now
7
Valuable information! Thank you so much! I am psychotherapist and clinical nutritionist. I bring food and lifestyle always into my work with clients.
7
The government is being very short sighted in removing Zoe funding. Your reports have been my go to for sensible non sensationalist information throughout the pandemic. I will definitely be staying for life. Thank you for your work and for not giving up.
7
Fascinating pod cast. Please do a longer and more detailed one on this subject.
7
So glad I have you talking completely honestly each week and that you show how the gov doesnβt want to tell it as it truly is. Thank you .
7
You amazing guys n girls at team Zoe have turned me into a complete data geek over the past couple of years! Iβm now officially addicted to data! Keep doing your amazing research guys n girls. We appreciate you all ππ»πππ»πππ»πππ»

Not sure if this is practical, but, if you live anywhere near a humane society or other rescue group, even if you only do it on weekends, there are many, many dogs who do not get walked/run because there are not enough people to do it. I am sure they would be grateful for people to walk their dogs!
7
Thanks again for the info helps enormously.

There's fermentable and non-fermentable fiber. Broadly speaking, fermentable fiber is broken down by microbes in your gut, and non-fermentable passes through and helps with the physical properties of stool. Both have different benefits.
7
Great podcast! Iβve never enjoyed exercising but understand the importance of it. Any tips on lowering my blood glucose/lipids are always welcome! I did the Zoe test and have poor responses to glucose and fats. Thanks! π
7
Excellent. Thank you for all the helpful information.
7
What a great idea! Tim you talk about food so much itβs fun to see you actually cooking.
7
Thank you for your updates Zoe Team and Prof Tim!
7
I learned a new word from this video: "nutribollocks"
7
Thanks Tim and team zoe, excellent report as always πππxxxx
7
Disappointing news about funding. Fingers crossed that you will find funding from another source. I will be staying with Zoe.
7
fantastic video, thank you
7
Finally we see the recent Zoe Covid study symptoms list on BBC news app. Great! Well done all of us. Thank you.
7
Silent systemic (lowgrade) inflammation is alarming! I love that Professor Calder highlighted the effect of Omega 3! I work with a Scandinavian Personalised Nutrition Company who really emphasise the importance of Omega 3 in the role of healthy cells. They have produced a vegan oil too...and it's a best seller!
7
Thank you for this video! There is an omicron surge at my son's school in South West London and I was confused with the government's data. Also congratulations on the book. Well-deserved success! I'm currently listening to it via the audible app.
7
Very informative. Thank you.
7
Thanks for all your fantastic videos, Zoe team! Do you have any plans to discuss the oral microbiome in 2023? Please consider this a request to do so! Thanks.
7
Thank you to all at Zoe for all your life changing work in 2022 and I am looking forward to joining more of your research studies in 2033
7
Really hope your able to continue, this app has been marvellous and I'm gutted. Please don't leave us, hope there's something your users can do????? Very sad π π’π’xxx

For me, logging into the app each day to log my symptoms, was as important as following the government advice. It was a small part I could play. Plus it was thanks to the app, that I discovered I had COVID, when I was quite unwell in May. I didn't have any of the three main symptoms intially (I lost taste and smell towards the end, for some reason!), but the symptoms I logged led ZOE to recommend I get tested, and sure enough I had COVID. That taught me a valuable lesson, that every person really does experience the virus differently, as I'd dismissed my symptoms as a bug. Thank you to the whole team for your incredible work. I'll keep logging in as long as you need me to.
7
Looks delicious. Perfect for our hot weather. Thank you.
7
I've been using this app since day one - should we continue to record our health through it now that C-19 seems to have taken a back seat and the majority are now vaccinated ?
7
Thank you for all your hard work. π
7
Thanks Tim much appreciated for the updates just managed to get a few packs of LFT tests for care home visits Thanks once again
7
Iβll always listen to elf tips from you Tim. Happy Christmas π
