Great Efforts Welldone✨

Well, comparing to other videos out there, these guys are using good quality steel for their forgings, not some sand cast products made of (s)crap that will brake imidiatelly when first used...

There are nightmares in OSHA workplace safety - and then there is this. Unless specific positioning was required to cut that down, the bricks (bad choice) to keep it stable were useless. The loose clothing that is not fire resistant alone with the sandals is horrible. Absolutely no concern for the workers safety. No eye or head protection is even more negligent. I do thank you - you provide me material to my student on excellent examples of how to do EVERYTHING wrong.

It is hardly nice work TBH, this no look tacking with stick welding is just stupid as you can't see. I weld a lot repairing farm kit and if you can't see you can't weld.
6
6
Truly old school craftmanship learned over generations. Who needs million-dollar equipment, just common sense? If they had better equipment, they would be unbeatable.
6
prob one of most cleanest work places iv seen so far and thought there was going to be more on the door but good job though :)
6
Where do they get their parts from..I don’t know about the tire balancing act…..
6
The engineer that developed that is a genius
6
Wow, that was impressive - really something to be proud of, big thumbs up!
6
Sweet!!! So talented.I love how they were able to add all that new material and then turn it down to provide lock and key. Then secure the piece and not only create a bevel to weld but then weld and turn down again so that it is a usable crank again. We have so many high tech machines that probably could not do this and yet these guys do it with only the most rudimentary tools and machines. Just amazing . I do not say that lightly.

I can tell by the color of those chips this man is a master of his craft 🙂

6
Hey, these guys are working in totally awful conditions. Health and safety are not even slightly addressed. They are put in a position of having to accept this. Their tools and equipment used for manufacturing are the absolute minimum. With all this, they are producing functioning mufflers.
6
Welding is shocking,it wasnt deep enough to support tons of weight. He should have bevel it before welding.
6
Awesome… very beautiful 👌 Fully watched 👍👍👍👍👍👍

6
Wow not bad for a manual lathe with a home made HSS bit. 😲 Many machinists in the states would be lost without their carbide and CNC machines.🤔
6
unique footage, pro editing, world class video, thank you for making these super interesting videos!

Did I miss a step? Where does the "extra length" come from to form the spigot from?
5
5
Yep those welds will sure hold. And one leaky head 🤣🤣🤣🤣
5

They have pretty ingenious methods especially as they are working with basically scrap metal. Even if the original design is probably borrowed from somewhere, the end result is pretty good. They seem to have about two semi-broken welding masks in the manufacture though, I know it's a poor country, but an automatic mask cost about $25 with free shipping from china... A simple mask $5.. They can't be that poor..

excelente trabajo muy artesanal
5
If these guys were in America they would put all of the so called custom car builders to shame. Kids learn from man and cycle goes on. Bravo masters
5
Wonderful! For some reason, I now have a thirst for some juice! :)
5
Good work, but your clothes may be create very dangerous and fatal conditions for you, please wear tight clothes upper zone of your body
5
45:24 Closing form with cores for intakes and outlets -nothing else. 49:24 Casting with much more detail, and a water jacket! The work these guys do are real magic I guess...? 👎
5
5
Shoutout to the donkey !
5
These guys have the ingenuity to partially compensate for all the wrong ways to go about doing the job. They could firstly do with better machines and first class training from the likes of youtuber CEE Australia. These guys have skill, they just need a bit of retraining.
5
5
5
Well, that was easy !
5
Again! True, quality work! Hard working people! They do the right things for other people, not weapons like damn Russia! I wish you success!
5
It's amazing. Never seen this done before. Looks like a brand new crank. Job well done
5
Imagine what these guys can do with nice equipment.
5
Going through the same thing I do with my old truck, only on a much larger scale.
5
every mechanical person should watch these films, they show with ingenuity, anything can be made.👍
5
amazing what you guys are doing with so little tools and safety gear .
5
Que trabajadores para saber. Saludos desde BOGOTÁ 🇨🇴👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🇨🇴
5
no need to grease. The rocks that fall in past the shaft will lube it nicely.
5
I hope the cylinder head that I bought off of eBay went through the same process as this one, you guys did a great job👍🏻🇺🇸
