I watched the whole video with a smile on my lips :) I really admire the work of people who are committed and dedicated, doing everything to satisfy other people. What you eat sometimes doesn't matter so much, but how you eat it does. You break the branch of those who need it and that person leaves happy, satisfied with the result. This is beautiful. Congratulations :)

I'm currently saving for my own yatai. I have done a few test runs of menu and have sold out each time I'm in Texas and it will be a fusion of the Tex Mex / bbq foods I know and have cooked for years and what i have learned from our asian population here and abroad in my training Menu will rotate but primary items include Birria udon with roasted corn elote and jalapeno, smoked brisket ramen in salt broth, Grilled beef and chicken yakitori. I look forward to the completion of my cart and perfecting my service and menu

I feel him. we have a store that opens at 3 am. we go home at around 7pm. then sleep at 8. we rarely get breaks. we barely take breaks because the rent goes on even on holidays. the only good is the payout. but the toll on the body is extensive.

I really loved hearing the staff get so genuine and emotional about their positive experiences here. Seeing multiple part-timers who've worked there for more than a couple years endorse their experience as employees makes me want to be a customer!! (Also, of course the food makes me want to be a customer! xP)

圧巻!屋台でここまでする人もいないだろうけどまさか湯沸かし器まで備えるとは驚きました。屋台とは引っ張ってきてそのものだけを使うから楽なのに道路許可取ったところをフル活用してますよね。準備からやる気が感じられて良いシェフ何だろうなと感じれます。素晴らしいの一言。
