I’m in tears because I’ve always been terrified of food being prepared by someone else with the knowledge they won’t clean enough or put the amount of effort I do. But these guys put me at ease. I respect each one of you and wish I could thank all of you individually.

Very hot day. Very cold day. Very rainy and windy day. Any unpleasant outdoor conditions can make him off the day or take on the challenge.

  36. damn, i love his culinary movements. It really shows a lot of long term practice and perfection, only slowed by his age. I would have loved to see him in his hayday on a busy day. He probably would have been flying fast. You can read in his movements that he knows exactly each thing to do. It is just age that has slow him down. Even his hunch, is probably because of so many years carefully going over every little thing. Mad respect to this guy, I hope some one picks this up after him,

  50. Watching this, I remembered my 5 years stay in Japan. The delicious food, fr expensive resto to street resto(vendors,) Look how fast they move w/o a helper. He can manage alone, everything is organized and looks so clean. Hontoni.tabetai desu..I miss you Japan . I wish someday exploring again your beautiful country, eating delicious foods and visiting clubs and discos at night. And sometimes once in a week playing machines of PACHINKO. I love you Japan, see you till life after death hahaha.
