"I live for working" - what a spirit - my deepest respect -

This guy has it figured out. Small menu, high quality. Specializing in burgers and bacon means he can maintain a high standard and do it himself.

There are quite a few collectors around the world that own Japanese swords (Nihonto) which is so great but we should all own not only antique swords but also a shinsakuto to help keep the traditions alive. I am now getting my second shinsakuto. Thank you for for your amazing work . Nihonto is the greatest creation man has ever made in my opinion
37
Look at how clean they leave the area, love their mentality.
37
Me, remembering my time in the USMC, wondering why they were woken up after the suns up and not with a trashcan down the hall way
37
I'm a simple man - i see new video from Japanese Food Craftsman, i press like! Cheers!

I wish nothing but life's finest things for this man. He is an incredibly hard worker, and his food is beautiful. You have my respect, sir.

36
The attention to detail in the cooking and cleanliness is so therapeutic to watch.
36
You can feel the love....how wonderful it would be to visit Japan and seek out this place. Best of luck to this lady.
36
Yatai is definitely the go-to place especially when raining, at least in my opinion :) Thank you for the content! Great as always!
36
This guy is still laughing after a hard work instead of stressing out i really enjoy watching his videos the way he cooks is so interesting to watch ❤️
36
Big respect for the chef, from USA
36
They are doing a service for the community. ❤️
36
36
Wow everything looks so good and the place looks cozy. Would be so much fun to visit!
36
Making bread is so much fun. Love making bread myself and trying to make different one everyday. But kudos to her for making so much everyday.💗💗💗
36
Love that he is using good old seasoned steel pan. No teflon here. All look super delicious😍
36
The fact that I'm seeing him again makes me so happy! They are all hard working in that line of work. He holds a special place in my heart for his style of artistry in work and food.
36
36
I should not have watched this cause I’m so hungry. Everything they were cooking/making looked so delicious. Never had eel but damn I wanna try some of that.
36
Everytime I see a video of a japanese restaurant I am so very impressed. Firstly how small the kitchen is and how much they produce , secondly how clean everything is. No grimey greazy floors here . it's a credit to your country that such high standards are maintained . congratulations 🎊
36
Like WOW, so nice that this was shown,. It shows the drive that a person who wants to make it in a foreign country there is a way, besides the food looked great!
35
Wow! The food is scrumptious. The staff are so hardworking. And the chef... my my my he's so amazing.
35
35
These men honor their ancestors every day and give the world such beautiful and useful works of art. Respect.
35
I love how excited they are to get to lunch.❤

35
He's at the fish market at 4am, then prep work after, shop opens at about 6pm and shop closes at 3am!
35
UNBELIEVABLE energy! I admire the passion that drives this man to do what he does every day. Respect, hat's off and I really wish I could go to Fukuoka and dine in his stall one day. Terrific video. Thanks for sharing this with the world.
35
I do not care if it’s Japanese or Italian or half and half …. It all looks great … I am in on all of it
35
It is a great experience to have many people such as this man capable of preserving GDP, and passing it on, this is something that many people can also reflect on themselves to be channels of blessings to everyone, the way this man had it perfected, his style, his technique, and most of all his skills and capabilities, it is not hid to anyone whom he happens to serve his greatest masterpieces. Bonjeur! Haik!
35
What can’t this dude do? Amazing craftsmanship and a true artist
35
It seems like Fukuoka has some of the best food in Japan! You don't hear about it enough from a lot of the Japan travel videos, but I really hope to travel there one day!
35
35
You are wondering the image we have of you, let me tell you my view : you are a family as you said, handsome young guys with cooking skills and nice smiles ! I will definitely come to eat at your place when visiting Tokyo :) Congrats, your restaurant seems to be a very welcoming place.
35
What a credit this man is to his American origins.
35
Fantastic video, I love this calm style! 🙂 I also love that the well-behaved inmates are treated like humans - strictly controlled, of course, but still humans with a thank-you from the guard after eating lunch. I do feel sorry for that inmate you interviewed and who got so emotional at the end. Knowing that she has a reason to be here I honestly I hope that her time in prison will be over soon so that she can go back home to her loved ones.
35
May the couple live a long and fulfilling life while serving his regular customers ! It's hard work but its totally worth it when you have happy customers
35
Absolutely amazing the energy they have just to get set up never mind working all day then tear it down and do it again what an inspiration to the young people what it’s like to work hard for what you have
35
Age is just a number. They show it clearly❤
35
His method to form the flour balls is very similar to how clay is prepared to make ceramics by hand. Congrats to him on his success. And of course it is to just his skill in the kitchen that makes him successful but his management ability too. There are so many responsibilities involved in owning and running a business and he has to accomplish those tasks also.
35
I'm glad that he got to fulfill his dream to be the chef at that restaurant. It looks simple which is probably why it is good. What meat are they using and what is the orange colored paste that they use on the side? Enjoying from New York 🇺🇲
35
Damn he worked so cleann, no rice is spilled. Also finally there's japanese restaurant who makes decently portioned foods
35
The best pizza I ever had was in rural Hokkaido. The couple had spent time in Italy to learn how to make it well.
34
There's something magical about these little pop up food stands (Japan and Korea) there's such a human touch and proximity to the chef it's way more personal. Love it!
