One thing that I really like is that, despite the fact that it is a narrow place, quite a few people work (4), they are quite busy as it is a successful business, they are all young, there is no sense of hurry or lack of control, no excessive noise or unnecessary voices, all calm and without pauses, I wish you many successes young man, greetings. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  17. Man, this is so dang wholesome. I flew into Fukuoka the one time I got to go to Japan. I wish I had known about this place. It would have seemed silly at the time to go all the way to Japan from America, only to eat an American style burger, but I would have at least bought one of those cool Godzilla shirts to support the guy.

This is something that is called "Chef Hands" it happens over long periods of extensive cooking mostly when you are a professional or serious home cook, basically the skin toughens itself up through tiny scarring of the skin to resist heat easier. You also get better at knowing which heat source is managable for certain periods.

Fantastic presentation & attitude… the menu looks lush... new discovery to me… if you are a record collector and stepped-off the subway at Shiyakusho-mae Station… you could visit (possibly) the best 12 record stores in Kyoto whilst walking back to the main station and based on the video… eat well here… next time eating here is high on the agenda ;-)

The fan over the grill makes the yakitori-ya look like it's well conditioned, but it is of course impossible to remove all grease and smoke, so to stand over this fire the entire day is not easy, it takes a dedicated worker but he's not complaining. This makes me want to go back to Japan!
