  9. Nate. I have never seen one of your videos before, but based on this one video alone I immediately subscribed. It was VERY interesting. I learned more about the immigrant situation from your video than I have from all the other talking heads anywhere. Great job! Excellent video! It appears that these men are mostly of fighting age. Perhaps letting them serve in the US military for two to four years as a means of gaining citizenship might be a solution. It would be interesting to see how many of them would accept that offer. The men you interviewed seem to be of a decent sort, but there are just so many of them. They appear to be very enterprising, although being in the US for two years and still not speaking English is suspect. This begs the question... where are the women immigrants?

Further, selling their wares on a public sidewalk isn't really contributing anything to the U.S. economy as I doubt they are paying sales, income or social securty taxes.

  28. Nate is my favorite of the youtubers that interview the people. It's not because he supports the same candidate I do, but the way he interacts. Even when speaking with Harris supporters, he is fair and respectful without compromising himself. He also seems to look for both sides of the issue and is honest. Great work.

  29. You're great, Nate!! Thank you for your investigations. I'm a New Yorker teaching Adult ESL for years....When migrants started coming, my class dynamic changed drastically. Most of my students came through illegally or through the parole process. When they register for class only a receipt is needed to get free stuff. They don't even have to attend school. Others get WIC and social security payments from social services and we, the teachers, have to sign a paper log each week for proof of attendance for them to get their free stuff. They receive social security cards that say "for work authorization," so technically they're integrated and considered "legal." My students in class are argumentative, rude, and demanding. I even have a migrant student currently pursuing a worker's comp case (I kid you not. I have the documents) I'm going to write to the White House, Nate. You belong there!
